Blinds came with detached clips on the mechanism luckily they hadn't been lost so I just refitted them, Also the blinds seem to be made to long and the fixing brackets with the locking mechanism don't help either this made them a nightmare to install.I did contact blinds direct but got no reply. We do love the blinds now there up but sorry I cant recommend blinds direct.
