Totally happy with the blinds and my only slight issue is with the housing unit which, in my opinion, is a bit bulky and not that attractive. Its a minor thing and totally personal preference. Blinds were well made, well packaged and really simple to install. I will definitely use Blinds Direct again in the future.

The blinds are really nice. The customer service could be better, I waited past my delivery time, but I had no correspondence from blinds direct, to tell me of the delay and why. I had to ring them to find out what was happening. It would have been nice to be kept informed, as I was thinking they were not coming.

Having had a quote from an installer we searched online to buy direct and blinds direct was proved to be The best value for money & a 1/3 of the cost quoted by an installer. Having received the blinds everything came as ordered simple to order helpful staff Always there for advice & very easy to fit Would highly recommend to everyone Thanks fo a good experience & service.

Lovely day and night blinds only ordered one to see what they were like and I love them, fits perfectly, and was really easy to install, the only negative I would say is we needed to use longer screws the ones included in the blinds were too small, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Back and front of blind didn't line up when extended. There were a couple of frayed edges, straight out of the box :(
