However, the delivery service through The Courier guy was very disappointing.
I have pictures of how the order was received. Not acceptable, with damage to the blinds.

Great experience all-round
The online shopping experience is great. Good direction on how to measure for the blind and choosing the colour, and other details. Great online hand-holding. The blind was delivered fast, it was well packaged. The blockout fabric is fantastic - it really makes the room very dark. It is well made and very effective. Highly recommend Blinds Direct!

Excellent service
My initial online enquiries were answered promptly and efficiently by Cheryl. Our order was handled expertly and delivered within a week of ordering. And after delivery Jose also assisted with some installation questions.
