Best customer service

Easy to order, received a sample to color match quickly. My order arrived and it was too short. I must have measured wrong! With a phone call, and a receipt that blinds were donated to a charity my replacement was on the way. Great customer service!

Overall, mostly good

Overall, the blinds were received and most was well. I did not receive the mounting brackets and had to purchase them from Amazon. I’m happy You were kind enough to refund my purchases. There is a slight problem with one of the individual blinds that is bothersome. One piece is not sychromized with the rest, so it obstructs opening and closing the blinds.

Blindsgalore knows what they’re doing!

There were some difficulties with the first shade ordered. The customer support team was fantastic. At one point, a representative researched and sent me a link to help me unhook a stuck fastening mechanism. It took me awhile to figure out the style and fabric I wanted - they gave me the time I needed whilst supporting me throughout. We received our replacement shade and it is BEAUTIFUL! Couldn’t be happier.

I ordered one blind first to be safe…

I ordered one blind first to be safe before ordering three. I loved the product, but it was slightly too small. I immediately ordered three replacements and emailed customer service to exchange the original—something their website clearly says they allow.

After five days of emails, they refused because I had used the word “return” instead of “exchange,” despite my intent being obvious and timely. When I called, customer service was rude and unhelpful. They also wouldn’t cancel my new order, claiming it was “too late.”

I don’t trust companies that hide behind semantics to avoid honoring their own policies. Won’t use them again.
