Blinds were good but an end piece was missing they had it at the store just had to go back and pick it up

Blinds to Go was quick and efficient. The rep came to my office and the order was placed.
Now, just waiting for the installation.

Overall happy with my blinds. They look nice on my windows. I did order two different types. For my smallest windows I ordered cordless. For the larger windows I opted for standard cord blinds with a wall mount. By far I prefer the cordless. Be aware the wall mounted cord blinds are not the easiest to raise up & down. I hope I'm wrong but I feel like the gear is going to wear out over time. It takes many, many pulls to raise them up & down. I wish I had spent the extra money to get all cordless, but it was a significant price difference so I went with the cord version. The order took 2 months to be ready, but installation was fast & efficient when they did arrive. I wish I could rate them 3.5 stars. Not great, but not average either. My rating is good.

No complaints. Had them come and measure. They also installed them. The woman in the store was very helpful. They look great (until my numb-skull kids do something foolish). It took about 7 weeks to get them, but considering this super fun pandemic, it makes sense.

I am always glad to recommend doing business with this company. Staff is so helpful and courteous. Blinds are really nice looking and they stand behind their guarantee of quality.

The blinds that you repaired seem to be working great and i’m thrilled to have them fixed for free! I wish someone has called to let me know when they were ready. I waited weeks before I called to check and was told they were waiting for me for quite a while.

I had a great experience with Blinds To Go. Very smooth & seamless! I loved my salesperson Alisha. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The installer, David was a veteran pro. He was a consummate professional. My only negatives are I don't care for the red Blinds to Go sticker on the blinds (I removed them) and only 1 window had a slight gap on one side. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

Easy to order samples and then order the actual product. Prices decent. But lack of customer service and website hard to find tracking of order plus super long delivery times were frustrating. Product when arrived was fine but one blind fell out of box and is now uneven despite trying to level it - construction could be slightly more robust so pieces don’t fall out before we’ve even installed. Other than that looks fine and does the job. But not sure i would use this company again.

We had an awesome sales person and a first class installer. We will highly recommend blinds to go. We love our new blinds.

This is the second time we have used Blinds-to-go.
We got blinds for the house we had before this. The service and the product were excellent and that applies to our recent purchase. The sales people are helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us to pick the best choice for our new room.
The person who measured and installed the blinds was professional and quickly did his job. The room looks great and we are satisfied all around.
