After a few small issues with our initial order all was resolved and we were very pleased with our installer Javier who did an excellent job with the installation of our blinds. The remote operation using the cell phone app is amazing and continues to impress with how well it works....Thanks to all the staff at the Barrie Blinds to go.

Challenge with the fit but as it turns out, after Conrad got involved, the problem was the actual window opening, not the shutters. He shimmed the shutters and adjusted them to fit beautifully. Thanks for your efforts. Personal touch goes a long way.

Great service, order only took 2 weeks and the blinds look fantastic

The installer showed up without rings to hang the curtains. Said he would be back in a couple of days to finish. That was three weeks ago. Repeated attempts to contact the store to resolve, the say it will be four or five days. Then we call back in five days and they say it will be another four or five days. They keep saying they have emailed someone to resolve, but won't give us a nimber to call.

What made our experience great was that we had an issue with mounting the blind by ourselves in the brackets that were provided so we went back to the store and the staff there showed us step-by-step how to put up the blind. We also had damaged the end part of it and they fixed that for us at no cost, so altogether they were incredibly helpful.

Blinds were made in a timely fashion and fit perfectly. Thank you for a great experience

I was quite disappointed in the service with the Barrie location, where I ordered from. I was told that it would take 6 weeks to arrive at the store. I had to keep calling the store to find out why they were delayed. Not once did anyone from the store contact me first. I would speak to an agent and ask for a manager to call me back but days passed and I would have to call again. Eventually I spoke to the manager but it took her days to call me back. The blinds finally arrived but weeks after the expected arrival date. I won’t order from Blinds To Go in the future.

My purchasing experience with Blinds to Go was great. The sales rep as very knowlegable and showed me several options for my window coverings. I ended up buying completely different blinds than I orginally thought I wanted to buy. I love my new blinds and would recommend Blinds to Go to all my friends and family.

The blinds were made in the time frame given, good quality materials, well made, works as advertised.

We moved to our new home in April and required window coverings throughout. It was a difficult time to shop given the pandemic restrictions. Blinds To Go have been fantastic. What I like about Blinds To Go is their amazing service. Not only do they offer the ability to order on-line but they have a store that we could visit as well, offering free pick up and consultations. The staff were very helpful and quickly dealt with any issues that needed sorting. We ended up using Blinds To Go for all our blinds and could not be happier.
