Drapes not laying correctly and uneven

My Drapes were installed on 12/11/25. They are not laying correctly. I think it is an issue with the backing. They are also too long and not even. They came back on 12/19/25 and tied them up and told me to wait 2 weeks. On 1/4/26 I told them that the issue was not fixed. As of 1/14/26 I am waiting for the Shop at Home Customer Service Manager to contact me. I started to reach out about this problem in 12/18/25.
On 1/29/26 a supervisor came out to look at the drapes and agreed that the drapes were not laying correctly and were uneven and too long. They will make new drapes to replace. The new drapes were installed on 2/18/26. The drapes were tied back and I was told to wait 2 weeks again before using. On 3/6/26 I took the ties off. For the most part the drapes are hanging better. I think the problem stems from the lining of the drapes not folding the same way as the drapes themselves. I think this problem could be fixed at the factory with proper ironing. I am satisfied with the drapes for the doors. There still is an issue with the window drapes. The drapes on the right side were shorted correctly but the left side is not even and longer than the right side. They look better then the first time but still not what I would expect for the price I paid. I'm not sure what I'm going to do next.

Absolute worst experience

Absolute worst experience. Paid alot of money and the blinds came damaged. Then the customer services acted like it was my fault and they were doing me a favor by fixing them. I would never recommend blinds to go to anyone. Please feel free to reach me for further feedback. I’m sure you won’t though!!!!!

When the installer came he couldn't …

When the installer came he couldn't install because the person who measured had measured incorrectly. Blinds to Go has my money, but I have been waiting for over 2 months for my window treatment.
Customer service has been totally disinterested in my complaint and has done nothing to help me.

your advertise is false for lifetime…

your advertise is false for lifetime guarantee because when we have problem we call store they told bring to store we take to store now they tell me I have to pay for repair which we have paid so I will send message on social media that became full before you buy merchandise from your company. bought closed to $ 25,000 worth blinds.

better to spend this much money with reputable company.

Our lifetime warranty covers all of the operational parts for the blinds/shades (strings/mechanisms/operational parts, etc) if something breaks then you bring the blind to the nearest showroom and we will repair it at our factory free of charge.

Happy with the promptness of the order.

Good. For the repair of our old blinds, we had asked if the chord could be replaced with a lift and pull down feature- the store person said that he would let us know after checking with the factory- we never got any feedback and we got the blinds back very promptly but with a chord.
