The only reason they scored a 1 Star was because the installer did a great job with what he had to work with. Bought over $7500 worth of shutters and blinds and only half the job was completed
The individual that did the measuring was way off on his measurements. We now have a half finished job on our condo with no window coverings for our privacy and controlled shade. We have no coverings for another 2 weeks until they make the new shutters and blinds and wait for the install
NOT ONE PERSON FROM BLINDS TO GO HAS CALLED TO TALK TO US REGARSING THIS ISSUE. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEIR ERRORS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSE WHERE

I dropped into the Hamilton store after getting new windows in Brantford. My sales assist Brian, helped me pick the perfect solution with pictures and fabric , provided by me. Installation was easy and fast by associate here in Brantford. I recommend BTG 5 STAR. I’m thinking about now doing front of house in roll blinds.

Mo was great!!
Mo was great, he was early, got the job done quickly and everything looked great when he was done! The workspace was cleaned up promptly before he left. Great installer! I hope to see Mo again when I get shutters done in the rest of my house!!
