Great Service

I am so happy that I chose Blinds to Go for my custom order of 2 large blinds. Salesman Ertan Yagci was very personable and excellent at explaining the details of my order. Not only that, but the blinds arrived 3 weeks early. A most satisfying shopping experience and a pleasant surprise. Thank you!

I have tried to report this a number of…

I have tried to report this a number of times, emails, phone calls but your customer service is almost non-existent. Thank goodness one person at your store was nice, but he didn't exactly move on anything quickly. Second time we buy your products and BOTH TIMES your installer Tom takes the wrong measurements, then we wait, then he stalls the day to install -- and we call and we call and if we didn't call, no one would even contact us to say the product was in the store. The unprofessionalism is incredible! I get they don't like their jobs much, or feel underpaid but it's the customer that suffers after spending thousands on your products.

Nice blinds but long process

Ordering the blinds was a relatively seamless experience. No pressure from sales team and we took our time to place our order. The measurements also went smoothly and the appointment was fast. However, once the order was made we didn't get any updates for 8 weeks. We checked online and our order was suspiciously "on hold" without explanation or timing. Sales staff were also confused but in a few days we were back on track. Then, one of our blinds was misplaced and delayed installation. So, while our blinds are great and work well, getting them was a bit of a haul and felt overly tedious.

I was very happy with the customer…

I was very happy with the customer service I received in the store where I placed my order but not so much with how long I was told i had to wait for the order and they were even not ready on that date I had to wait an extra week

The store staff were very helpful in helping to select the blinds. The person who installed them did a great job. He was friendly, prompt, and communicated well.
We’re very happy with the blinds.

Delayed order

My order was very delayed and then our bedroom blind (really the only blind we REALLY needed installed) was lost and had to be reordered. No customer service provided - I had to chase them and asked for compensation but so far nothing received other than a coupon for a future purchase.. but I don't need any more blinds! I ordered everything already!

The blinds I purchase from Blinds to…

The blinds I purchase from Blinds to go are the perfect fit to my windows. I already had two of the three installed, they are not only beautiful but are perfectly fitted to the window space as have been measured. Because of time constraint the third one will be up this weekend. I have no doubt it will be just as perfectly fitted as the first two .they enhance my home , I would recommend anyone looking for quality window covering to go to "Blinds To Go" make your choice and enjoy the enhancement of not only your window but your entire home inside and out.

Please with the overall experience. Ended up waiting longer than anticipated. One of the blinds chains arrived broken and hence had to be returned. I had to follow up to see when the blind would be returned.
