Done To Perfection

It was done as we had requested. Had a prior blind installer who screwed things up and had the wrong designs on the wrong blinds, so we never hired him again. Your people are perfectionists!

The blinds are exceptionally beautiful, just as I had envisioned. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and addressed my inquiries throughout the process.
The sole reason Blinds did not receive a 5 STAR rating is that the staff declined to remove my old blinds.

PICKED UP FREE EXTRA CLIPS FOR VALANCE

Broken clip that holds valance. One of two broken during installation. I went to store and was given extra clips. blinds w/valance installed and looking great. Excellent salesman/customer service.

Shoddy workmanship.

Blinds have been installed for a month, and they are already falling apart! The knob at the end of the string that adjust the blinds up or down has already come off, and it is impossible to insert the string back into the string. Now what? Someone from the company needs to come to my home and make the repair.

Bad experience all around

Bad experience all around. I never received an email notification saying my blinds had arrived. When I finally opened the package to install them, certain pieces were missing. We were told that the missing items would arrive in 3-5 days,again via email notification. After not hearing from the store 3 weeks later we called and they said order was never placed. Finally we went into the store, and they gave us what looked used left over parts that they kept in the store. Bad experience all around. Probably won’t use them again.

Horrible

Horrible. Blinds are fraying on the ends. Wanted to get them fixed and you guys wanted to take them and leave me with an open window instead of just replacing them. I will never give you my business or any of my friends business again

Keep in Touch With Your Customers

Despite the delay due to the pandemic, It took 3 months for me to receive my order. I had to call the automated number to learn my expected delivery and 3 times the representative extended the date. I felt as though I should've received a complimentary call. In the store I chose the style that extended from the wall, but its not the look that was installed. One of the blinds was not cut properly and the installer took it back for readjustment. I haven't heard from Him nor the company.

Truly Disappointing

I placed the order on September 7th, 2020. The sales person failed to communicate clearly about how long the order fulfillment time would be, he said it would take 3 weeks to receive my order. The order was finally available on November 18th, 2020 after two visits to the store and a decision to cancel my order if it was not received. The order was erroneously billed, resulting in a short payment so I was hit with an unexpected $700.00 in addition to the $2700+ that I was charged at the time of my order.

Update:
I don't understand the question, what other recourse is there available to me? You are the merchant!!!!

I ordered my blinds September 18 and…

I ordered my blinds September 18 and was told they would be delivered within 60 days. I was very disappointed when they took approximately 90 days to come. I had to call several times and complain. It might have even took longer. Nonetheless, my blinds are beautiful. However, I was absolutely SHOCKED to see the man installing my blinds in my kitchen- standing on my kitchen counter with his outside shoes on. How gross, rude and inconsiderate!! Not to mention there is a pandemic going on. He should have supplies to install the blinds properly (ex.)step ladder, standing mat, etc). I purchased blinds for majority of my home and I was disappointed with blinds to go delivery.
