Blinds with style, Bristol

Blinds with style, bristol, was all they said they were, from measurements to fitting was only a few weeks, my blinds were quickly and expertly fitted and they look amazing, I would highly recommend the quality and the very competitive price make the product all you need

Ordering and delivery was brilliant

Ordering and delivery was brilliant - quick and on time !
Blind came and it’s exactly what I wanted …. The bedroom window is quite big (3 metres) and this company was the cheapest price I could find in the perfect colour for my sons room.

Faultless customer service

Faultless customer service. Quickly and efficiently corrected my errors. Product simple to assemble and install. Look fantastic. Just a real pleasant experience. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Blind is really good and easy to…

Blind is really good and easy to install. As it’s very wide I had to choose a plain fabric - advised by staff after my order. Would be helpful to have this info on the website too

Also, I’m sorry you didn’t have the information beforehand. We do warn about needing to turn fabrics due to size under “Blindstyle Hints” on the product page but we’ll work with the website team to make this more visible in the future.

Love My New Shade!

Love the shade, which looks great in my room. Even though it’s a blackout shade, the light, bright print doesn’t make the room look dark. Ordering online was easy. The blind fit perfectly. Customer service and communication were great! All in all, very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered a sample to see if the…

I ordered a sample to see if the material was going to be suitable however I have been chased several times to leave a review even before the sample had arrived. Come on! Give a woman a chance to make a decision. If I decide to order blinds then absolutely 💯 I will review it honestly but please do not harass people to review.

Communication

This is not a full review, but hopefully we'll receive a response to this.
The blinds seem good quality and look nice but unfortunately the chains supplied are too short so they are very difficult to use . It's probably very easy to rectify but unfortunately we've not had any response from blindstyle . We are holding off giving a full review in the hope that Blindstyle will respond to our emails . We have emailed three times now and supplied photos, the first email was over 3 weeks ago .There is no telephone number .
It's a shame if communication is the reason for less favourable reviews . Hope to hear from you soon . Thanks

False claims regarding despatch and…

False claims regarding despatch and delivery times. Phone number for company doesn't work.
Further to the response - on a page where you input your bespoke measurements it clearly states despatch and delivery 3 - 5 working days ( and also in FAQ,which I sent screenshot to you). The phone number is found on several Google searches ( and yes,it is for blindstyle.co.uk in Corby). Perhaps mentioning that the blinds will be made and shipped from Ireland would help to inform the customer of a longer lead time.

Thank you for your recent purchase and review. As mentioned in our email conversation, our blinds are usually manufactured within 3-5 business days. However, as made-to-measure products cannot be made in advance, they have tight production timelines and sometimes issues such as quality control issues can cause delays.

Also, please email hello@blindstyle.co.uk the phone number that you tried to use to contact us and where you found it, as we don't have a customer service number.

Updated response: Thanks for letting us know about your issues reaching us by phone. We're a separate business to Blindstyle in Corby, and currently, our only contact method is hello@blindstyle.co.uk.

Lovely blinds and great service from Liam.

Blinds arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and excellent customer service from Liam when I asked if they could be delivered asap, he answered very promptly and checked if everything was ok before and after delivery . Blinds are excellent quality white wood in the bathroom I ordered 2. Definitely recommend.
