The product collection is excellent, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased blinds from them, and within just four years, the mechanism in most of the blinds started malfunctioning. I contacted them numerous times regarding the issue. Each time, I was assured that a technician would visit, but eventually they stopped answering my calls altogether.

I would not recommend them based on my experience. The blind mechanisms are quite expensive, yet they seem to wear out far too quickly. What is even more frustrating is that the company is unwilling to assist with repairs, despite my willingness to pay for the service.

Made an appointment by phone. The man who came to measure up was very personable. Told would wait 2-3 weeks but got them in about 10 days. I have white patterned vertical blinds. They were fitted with no fuss, no mess, and they look great, crisp and clean. Just a wipe over with damp cloth to keep them looking that way. Price was extremely competitive. Cant praise Blinds World enough. Would definitely recommend them.

The man from Blinds world came and measured my windows . He showed me a good range of different blinds . I chose the style and colour and they were fitted a vfee weeks later . The fitter was quick and efficient. The blinds look much better than I expected. Thankyou .

Blinds look very nice. The man who come out to messure was polite and did not push for a sale and gave us time to think. 3 weeks from deposit payed blinds was fitted, fiting was around 90 minutes.

The guy who came to do the measuring was so nice. My mum had only just moved in and everywhere was a mess but he was very respectful.
The price was very good and the fitting was done in just a week.
The blinds are good quality look good from inside and outside the house.
I bought my blinds from them years ago and they are still very white and all the blinds open and close smoothly.
I can definitely recommend this company. Very easy to get in touch online and communication was excellent throughout the transaction

I was decorating when they came to measure for my blinds when they came back to fit them we had moved in both gents respected My new carpets and removed their shoes I had grey and white mixed for my living room was a bit reluctant not knowing what they were going to look like they definitely exceeded my expectation and look amazing so glad and the blinds are a real good quality I was that impressed I ordered 2 more the following week x

Blinds world is a genuine company they provided great service and the blinds are exactly what they sold me, their explanation was accurate and transparent no hidden fees very clear and transparent. It’s very easy to get in touch with them and they have lots of way to communicate. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the staff who installed my blinds left dust, screws and pieces of the old blind quite messy on the windows and I have to clean everything, but other than that everything was professionally done. Well done.

The service was very prompt and efficient. Blinds world were very patient, accommodating our potential change of mind on the fabric we had originally chosen. Very pleasant staff too.
