I ordered a dress from Bling Dress when I received my dress it was the wrong dress I have tried to get an exchange Bling Dress wants to give me a $70 credit for a dress if I will keep the dress I have no use for. The shipping cost to send it back is $149. I paid $217 for the dress I ordered. Now the customer service representative that was helping me has blocked my emails. Do not order from this scam of a company
The dress we ordered was unfortunately damaged; glued beads had come off, and the seams needed to be redone. We ordered the dress with specific measurements, but the measurements were incorrect when it arrived. They refuse to pay for repairs or fix it themselves, and after weeks of arguing with them, they have gone from offering compensation of 40 USD to 92 USD. It will cost 153 USD to get it repaired, and we paid 185 USD plus 40 USD in shipping for it. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them and will continue to fight for full compensation. Good to know is that even though they claim to be a US-based company, everything is from China, and all communication is with a Chinese company.
I recently ordered a red chiffon a line dress ( I saw it on pinteest) and it looks like the picture, but there are som edetails like HOW it's made that differs. The measurements wrre correct tho and it fit like a glove! The colour was a little darker irl, but when I took a photo of it with my front camera it was like on the website. The customer service was fast and amazing (by mail). Thank you Maya!!
