Didn't listen to the brief so out of the whole shoot only 1 photograph actually met the requirement!!! Then we had to sit through a selection process to see if we want to spend hundreds of pounds on photos that did not meet our requirement.
Very expensive for both Digital and Physical Photos - then super slow for simple framing and delivery - who does 4-6 weeks in 2024??
They don't consider their market and charge accordingly - if someone gives you a 'gift voucher' you are not likely to then fancy spending £1600 on photos.
If they offered better digital options as many people don't do static frames photographs.
In summary I would not recommend on any grounds.
