Excellent Optician offering a first class customer service.Goes above and beyond for the customer .Proves local businesses are the best.

I had been speaking to a few people who had spoken highly about Blink. Which led me to go in to enquire about some new glasses. Was welcomed with a pleasant chap, who listened to what I was after and was not pushy or forceful. He came out with a great selection and did me a great deal! Would highly recommend.

I highly reccomend Blink Opticians. I have been going to them for many years. The service is amazing. I trust them to help me choose frames that suit me. The eye test is very thorough (I have an eye condition) There is a good choice of frames and the price is excellent. I have always been totally satisfied with my glasses.

For 20 years I have been searching for a decent Opticians and finally I’ve found one! Superb service from making my booking to picking up my new lenses. My examination was very thorough with plenty of explanation of what they were checking for. So yes I needed a new prescription but who knew I didn’t need to buy new frames! I was shown a good selection of new frames but Paul explained that he could just swap out the old lenses if I prefered. This is where I was surprised and so pleased, no one has EVER told me this before, it has always been new glasses and frames every single time. Thank you so much Paul and all the team at Blink Vision I have finally found my Opticians, 5 star service and people. 👏👍

Paul managed to find and fit a pair of glasses after I’d spent hours looking elsewhere. The service was great and the selection of glasses and brands on offer were a lot better than other opticians in the town I had visited. Well worth a visit here!

I have been a customer of Blink for many years. Both Paul and Justin have been consistantly courteous and professional. Turnaround for new glasses has always been quick, and they are happy to help with any queries. They have access to all brands, and will happily advise what works best for you. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had such a good experience from Blink Vision I’m compelled to write a review. I was extremely impressed by the level of equipment they had - the OCT eye scanner was amazing! The staff were very professional, friendly and highly trained. When it came to choosing suitable frames they were knowledgeable and very patient with me. A great experience from a company that is obviously very customer oriented. Try them as you will not be disappointed.

Left a request on the answering machine at 11.11 am yesterday and left my phone number for a request for an appointment for a eye test, thinking that someone will call me back when they have finished the work that requires the answering machine to be switched on. 24 hours later still no response. I will be asking another optician for a appointment which wasn't under the NHS by the way but a private appointment. After leaving this review I was contacted by Blink Vision and given an explanation, so I booked an appointment. I have been having eye tests, Kidderminster also Birmingham Eye Hospitals for the last 35 years. I have yearly eye tests at local opticians, but by far this was the best test I have ever had outside of a Hospital. So glad I went, and I won't be using any other from now on. Thank you both for your politeness and professionalism.

The staff were friendly and helpful, The gentleman that checked my eyes was excellent at his job, very patient and cheerful..... the staff allowed me to take my time looking for glasses to suit without pressure, very happy customer. Thank you

I have used Blink for some years now and i can honestly say in all those years,(and there have been a lot of them),I have not experienced ,a more efficient, friendly,competitively priced and accurate Optician..They are a credit to their profession..

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The service is fantastic. Great choice of frames and they are made quickly.

I went to Blink as recommended by a friend after having no answers from the previous opticians. I was seen quickly and he diagnosed straight away what was wrong and sent me straight to the hospital. I'm so pleased I went, this has actually saved my sight.

Recently had my sunglasses renewed with polarised lenses for driving. Turnaround was in a few days with a very reasonable cost.
Also advice for contact lenses ( they're perfect thank you !)

This is a review on behalf of my elderly mum. The way she has described her experience is really poor. Her appointment card stated a 12:30 appointment, but when she arrived 15 minutes early, she was told, very bluntly that she was late. Then the optician was asked " can you fit this in?" And they "managed" to accommodate her. My mum says it felt rushed and when she wasn't sure if one lens was better than the other was asked "is it better or not?" In an abrupt manner. She went back for her glasses and was handed them over the counter with no check on whether the frame fitted correctly. So after paying out more than £300 for the experience, she now knows not to go there again. Should have gone to Specsavers, as they say.....which she will do, next time.

Blink Opticians in Kidderminster, are by far the most professional and customer focused business I have encounterled. They provide a first class service second to none. Paul and the team make the whole process simple and streamlined. The end result is your requirement are met exactly. Excellent choice, compeditive pricing and friendly service. Top marks from me.

Customer service, friendliness, quality of glasses, communication, faultless, they go beyond.
I would recommend them over any other opticians.
Today I popped in to replace frames I had broken, lenses were fine, I wanted to pay but they wouldn't accept any money, wow, Christmas came early:)

OK, here's a review which doesn't wallow in author self-promotion or wordy BS...
Blink are the very best opticians in Kiddy - no doubt about it; or as those annoying, skinny little meerkats on telly would say, "simps."
The service is brilliant, the tech is market leading, the expertise is beyond question and the range of frames on offer is more than sufficient to please even the pickiest of customers.
Don't go anywhere else (why would you?)
Oh and by the way - their prices are brilliant too.

Once again Blink Opticians deliver! First class service, polite, knowledgeable, professional and superb value for money, can't speak highly enough of this business, absolutely exceptional.
It's even better than before, if that's possible?
Great choice of contemporary frames including: Ray Ban, Polo, Oakley and Armani to name but a few.......
