Buyer Beware! You order brand new and receive refurbished!
I thought I was purchasing a brand “NEW Ninja Air Fryer off Amazon from Illy Inc. for $155. I actually received a “REFURBISHED” fryer that had been poorly wiped clean and without a users manual. A receipt inside said I saved $62 off my original price! WRONG, I was still charged full price on my credit card and only received my refund 3 weeks later after shipping it back and sending 3 emails requesting my money! Frustrated about my situation, I searched the Better Business Bureau! Buyer Beware.
