Blissful Healthcare provides adequate support during documentation and compliance to NHS ethical recruiting processes. Specifically,Bunty Mondal, one of the compliance department team member has been very supportive during the process enrolment, documentation and registration with National Pathology Department for Blood Serology Test which is part of the requirements to be registered. What can I stay I was signed up and the agency company was not straight with me they kept pushing for me to pay £24 for training which I did did and then they just push me to the side slowing down there phoning me every morning tuam are phoning me once every 4 days to say if I had finished the training when the training was done they did not have anything to offer me in London I was duped into thinking after handing over my DBS and references and £24 that I would be able to start work but this was not the case now I am left with a brand new uniform and name badge and no work the closest work they can find me isn't 10 miles so basically I have to travel 20 miles to get home because there's no sleeping facilities at the other end for me to rest in between travelling 😔 and to tell you the truth I wish I didn't pay them the £24 because I'm not working and that took my shopping money that week I paid them I trusted that they would find me work but I got ripped off because their phone numbers are not the same as the one on the website in fact I'm going to do some enquiries about it because they have the same name as on the website but their phone numbers that I have been corresponding with a lot the same maybe there's a chance I could get my money back or prosecute somebody if there's something not right however I don't have any benefits right now so I took the gamble because I've just made a claim for universal credit and I don't have anything because my partner got sick with cancer and had to move out and I'll hurry I wish the company actually knew who they were dealing with before taking money off the unemployed desperate people and then not offering them any work baby headlight cowboys and Indians over the money and I believe that's all it was about it wasn't about me or them finding me work it was about just collecting £24 which they insist was mandatory training to no avail there is no work at the end of all of this I sat in my room struggling to complete the training online to be told that there is no jobs in London when they knew my postcode they knew where I lived and yet they still insisted that they would be able to give me work and me like an idiot sat there completing the training and now I'm sitting at home £24 out-of-pocket a uniform that's catching dust and no work the telling the truth I'm mad would like to give them a piece of my mind🤬 but I'm too professional but I would warn anybody who's unemployed thinking they can sign up and just get from work from this company think about what I've been through since January 3rd 2022 and the date today I'm writing this is is the 14th of February 2022 why I say they are not upfront if that if they knew they could not get me any work in London why did they make me believe that they did have work they lead me on a wild goose chase just to get £24 to build up their Empire while crashing demolishing mine and believe it or not I actually sat down and had a good cry over the phone with my sick partner today and I've wiped my tears dust myself off and I'm getting back up and I'm looking for work again as of 14/02/22 another said they're just a bunch of cowboys and Indians like in the western films fighting endless battles with no regard for the candidates universal credit investment in finding a job parking with food money to invest on getting a job it's no wonder people do not want to work because of employees like this you cannot get anywhere you just end up more broke and feeling even love self-esteem they are not doing any justice to the unemployed they just make you feel like dirt while they sit on the wages I guess they are now drinking cups of tea and making their office more cosy with my extra funding they probably use the money to buy new tea towels and a bag of sugar and some milk and probably one of those big £5 boxes of PG Tips sold in Iceland freezer shop, so that they can drink tea for the next month on my universal credit money claim that hasn't even come through yet I'm actually surviving now on a low which I will have to pay back once they get my credit claim up and running, got one thing to say to blissful care shame on all of you Ruby hope and you all need better communication maybe could learn to speak better English down the telephone when talking to candidates and make yourself crystal clear about what shifts are available instead of the shrowd like a dark horse 🐴 or Bat 🦇 Out of Hell because you are unemployed's worse nightmare when job hunting.
