They have 42 One Star reviews with the BBB and over 100 complaints. Their rating is 1.02 there. When all their 5 star reviews were "invited" that is a RED FLAG. Multiple of their 5 star reviews are either written for completely different companies (one talks about how it's easy to apply? And another describes it as a fitness app - clearly not about silk pillow cases - the vast majority were invited to review so I suspect they are employees or were paid to review) EDIT - IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAILS AND AFTER MULTIPLE PROMISES A MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN A WEEK I HAVE RECEIVED ZERO CORRESPONDENCE. They use AI ads, their social media team will immediately block you if you leave any sort of negative review on their posts, but only after DMing you and blaming any issues on a different department. Had one customer service representative hang up on me. Wrote 3 emails. One was ignored for weeks until I called and was told I needed to email again. When I emailed about a damaged product I've had for only about 6 months after thoroughly following the care instructions they said there's no way the damage is only from my husband's facial hair. The damage is only in the spot his face lays on. One customer service representative got snarky because I didn't accurately remember exactly how much I spent. Spending almost $200 with a sale code, I still expect the product to hold up for more than a few months while explicitly following care instructions. There is no way to speak to a manager without them promising she'll call back at some point. Don't waste your money.

Edit 2: they refunded my money (still without ever contacting me and never speaking to a manager when i asked to talk to her at least 10 different times) after leaving a review and complaint with the BBB. If you want any type of resolution for their horrible products and customer service, go there.

I wrote a few times to Blissy, and sent pictures, regarding pillow cases that their zippers came out. I was offered a one time curtesy set of 2 queen size pillow cases for free. They never came. I also called three times about this and was asked to verify my address twice, then lastly they said they had no computer information from me whatsoever. I was appalled and asked for help I was told they would contact me the next day with a manager. I never heard back. Since then my sister called me and said the pillow cases I bought for her came apart at the zippers also. The cases came apart by the zipper but the tread stayed in and the pillow case itself was what tore. I washed mine inside case protection mesh bags that I purchased for Blissy as well. You are not considered to be a loyal customer buying mesh’s bags & 4 pillow cases. There are other silk pillow cases to be found.

Extremely disappointed. A $100 pillowcase completely frayed despite careful hand washing and air drying. Customer service refused to replace it and instead offered a discount on another purchase. For a premium-priced product, this lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Won’t be buying from the website anymore. Don’t think it’s worth it.

My husband and I splurged for Christmas this year. We bought silk eye sleep covers, our favorite colors of pillow cases, and he bought me the beautiful leopard spotted bathrobe.Thr silk feels SO wonderful on your skin, the pillowcases are good for not damaging your hair, no split ends or bed head, the eye goggles black out the light and are soothing on the eyes. Totally worth the price. Blissy has the highest quality silk bed/sleep products and we've been hooked on Blissy for a few years now.

The 3 pillowcases I bought are wonderful. They are soft, and feel luxurious. I bought one for myself and one for each of my granddaughters. We all love them.

Third time I’ve ordered which says everything!

The choices of colors and designs just blew me away. Other silk pillowcases try to compete, but fall short.

The pillowcase is incredible. I have taken a sleep course, learned about sleeping in a dark, quiet room. But the best thing was this incredible pillow case. It calms me down and I can’t sleep without it. My husband was using it so I had to purchase one for him as well. He loves it too!

I had a very disappointing experience with Blissy. My order (#2408440) was canceled without my consent. Initially, they lied and claimed it was canceled "at my request." When I challenged this, they changed their story, claiming they don’t ship to the UAE—yet their website accepted my Abu Dhabi address and charged me in AED, including extra fees for "Shipping Protection."

​Even though they finally returned the money, they completely ignored my emails for days while continuing to spam me with marketing ads. Returning the money doesn’t justify the misinformation and the lack of professional courtesy. Avoid this site if you are an international customer; their system is inconsistent and their support is non-existent.

I would highly recommend these pillowcases. Though they are on the pricier side, they have really helped me keep my curly hair from getting too tangled. I have also noticed my skin being clearer! Very high quality!!

I love the products. The silk is a beautiful quality.

I wanted exchange my pillowcases and I was given specific instructions to follow in which I did. Instead of doing the exchange, I was given a refund. I did a buy 3 get one free. A refund meant that I had to buy two pillowcases in which I would be paying more money. As a consolation, I was given a 35% discount which is still paying more money. I have several of the pillowcases already, but I am so disappointed that I was not given my exchange.

I LOVE these pillowcases! My hair is so much smoother! And my teen-aged granddaughters acne has improved since I got her 1. Have bought for my sister and daughter as well. These are SO much better made than other,cheap,mulberry silk pillowcases. Definitly worth it!!
