So you lied on there and I’ll be posting our correspondence on there as well to show that you all lied as well. I hope no one will ever play on there.
So they are a joke and steals your money and they are automated responses evidently so Please STAY AWAY FROM BLITZMANIA. I’m getting George James Finn but not my wins!!! They steal your money and don’t even care. But you will reap what you sow believe that!!!

This Company is holding my money hostage I bought in for around $100 and won $375 and now they turned withdrawals off on my account.

I bought coins on Blitzmania, played through everything like you’re supposed to, and requested a redemption for $896. That was almost two weeks ago now.

They say payouts take 24–72 hours, but clearly that’s not true. Every time I reach out to support, I either get ignored or brushed off. Now they’re saying my account is “pending verification,” even though I already sent in all the documents they asked for over a week ago. No confirmation, no updates, nothing. They have now rejected my redemption and have locked withdrawals with zero cause. I have done nothing but adhere to their terms to the utmost degree and have only been punished and abused for it.

At this point it just feels like they’re stalling and hoping I go away. Pretty frustrating when you follow all their rules and still can’t get paid. Would definitely think twice before using this site. They clearly have zero integrity in terms of honoring their promises or obligations.

EDIT: Despite the response below promising to resolve it via email (with a refund, so they could avoid paying my winnings which includes $200 profit mind you), I have yet to hear one word from these crooks. Save your money and don't fall prey to these frauds.

EDIT 2: They did in fact refund, so I did get my money back. However, I accumulated $235 profit which is negated now with the refund as I only receive my purchases back. For literally no identifiable reason, they chose to rob me of my profit even though I did nothing in violation of their terms whatsoever. Keep that in mind when considering playing on this site.

Please avoid this site at all costs. They will close your account when you win and try to redeem more than $100. I won 1200 4 days ago, and they had put my account in random verification. Now, they have closed my account without any reasons. They are doing this with everyone to avoid paying winnings. This is a scam site operating as sweeps casino. First they will put your account on a random review, delay verification, and then finally close your account so that they can get away not paying.

TLDR : I legitimately won 1200 on a slot without violating any TOS. They put my account on random verification and claimed that I violated TOS without specifying which one. They cancelled my winnings.

This will be the greatest platform ever if I receive the money I won from free play! Fingers crossed 🤞

I had fun playing on this casino & I won $850 after my initial deposit of $19.99. I was told that redemptions usually take a few hours but it could take as long as 72 hours. I am fully verified but it’s been well over the 72 hours and my redemption is still pending. I have contacted customer service several times and they just keep saying to be patient. I feel like I have been patient & have asked if they need any further info & they say “no” so at this point I would not recommend spending your money at this casino
Update- I did get a message from customer service apologizing and stating they had escalated the issue again along with the following response

It’s been a week and although I have been receiving responses from customer service I still have no reason as to why this is taking so long or any timeline as to when it will be resolved.

It's ok. I've been playing for a few wks and my daily bonus keeps going back to day 1. They put $2 in my account after I messaged them and they said they was aware of the problem.

Customer service was quick. I just hope the redemption is as quick.

I started this game after reading mixed reviews but I seen they were very responsive and attentive to issues so I decided to try it. I loved it, my highest win was $730 which I cashed out in two separate transactions. I shared the link with my fiancé and he signed up as well. He was able to withdraw $75 then won $500 and attempted to withdraw it. He went back two days later to see he only received the $75 and not the $500 which was somehow transferred back into the game. He attempted three more times to withdraw the funds only to have the company shut down his account. Not only did they shut his down, but mine as well and stated that we did not abide by the T’ & C’s regarding duplicate accounts. I have not ever played this game before and when I found it through FB I downloaded it and set up an account for THE FIRST TIME! I am going to look into this further legal wise because this doesn’t seem right. They basically stole funds from my fiancé that was rightfully won. He has an android and can’t get the other casino games that I play on my iPhone. He finally found a game he could play and actually won but funds were withheld as they falsely stated he had multiple accounts. If I could give them a zero rating I would! And not to mention, when we asked for proof that we had another account, we were advised that they could not disclose that information!
**Update: The GM reached out stating they were going to personally review this matter stating, “I've added a bonus to your account as a gesture of goodwill while we sort this out.” Which I still can’t access because my account is suspended.

Ive begged and begged for them to close my account. The general manager reached out and asked me to confirm if i wanted it closed and that he would personally handle my request without forwarded to any team.

I agreed and confirmed in a reply to an email. However, someone random bot responded again and said it would forward it to appropriate team. I received 10 template responses from Ai.
I am starting absolutely hate this online space. I jumped from liking it to despising it.

I am a veteran with PTSD and need responsible gaming tool and this is a predatory practice. I will be forwarding this to my congressmen .

SCAM absolutely don't spend any money here and I feel sorry for you if they have your information

Stole my money. I lost access to my old phone number and email and couldn't get into my account. An account I hadn't redeemed from or made a purchase on. So I had to create a new one in order to play. I created a new account and made a purchase, played for a while and won around $370. I tried to redeem and apparently wh. I submitted my ID photo it picked up the wrong birthrate. So I messaged support and requested it be changed so I could verify and withdraw. Then the next morning I check to see if it had been done and found out rheh had blocked My account. I messaged support and they say my account had been closed bc it was a duplicate. I explained why I had made a different account and they refused to allow me to withdraw my winnings or even discuss it. They refuse to let me speak with management. So they basically just took my money. I wasn't trying to abuse bonuses or anything dishonest. I can't access the other account, and haven't ever purchased a package or redeemed there. They just don't want to pay out. Rip off artists. I'm reporting them to the ftc and filing a suit I guess. Staff is rude, they just want to rob you. Don't play here because they don't give a darn about customers.
