Avoid

Edited for accuracy in response to the reply below. My first order was not processed. I repeated the order and the second order was processed. I have the emails to show it. I have an email from Paypal saying the payment was authorised. Looking at my PayPal account, Blivale never took the payment. That does not change my experience. Pity they haven't replied to my emails yet but they responded real fast to this review. Had they been responsive to my earlier communication, this review would not exist.
eSIM never arrived. Have chased the company 2 x by email, 1 x by Website form, and 3 attempts at online chat. No response at any level. The online chat is a joke. It ignored my input and went through same static questions 3x in a row. Each time it stopped working after it asked how many days I wanted the eSIM for. Gave up. When I submitted an online "contact us" form it blew me out with a 403 error and banned me from the site. The only thing that seems to work is the payment system.

As you can easily verify by logging into your PayPal account and as demonstrated by the transaction, the order was correctly cancelled by our security systems after a few minutes due to anomalies in the connection data and the use of unverifiable proxy/VPN networks. Our protection protocol intervenes promptly to protect the security of our users. Our customer support is always available for genuine customers with regular transactions. I had a great experience with a 7-day…

I had a great experience with a 7-day Europe SIM card, so I got a 30-day one, I had some issue (my mistake) enabling the second one, but the customer support was there every step of the way to make it work. Great work. Thank you.

Excellent

I used the truly unlimited data package for Thailand. It was the best esim I have ever had. Blivale costumer service was excellent when I needed their support. I will continue purchasing their esims in the future.
