sick bonification delayed

I had a sick bonification and took almost one year to conclude the payment, I had my income reduced and need to find a second job to keep the family standard, now I have to pay a lot of taxes to skateverket due a huge delay in the bonus.

Scammy practices. Proceed with caution.

Edit: other reviews from years ago express the same negative experience I did, and it seems Bliwa does not seem eager to change their practices.

Not recommended

Hi,
I had just one minor incident and I can see that I paid 6 years almost for nothing.
Actually looking forward to change it to another company.
Reasons:
- took a while till I've got an answer.
- I've got just a part of the money that I spend.
Compensation for Scars and other visible damage is present only on the paper, but not in the report of the incident for compensation.
Conclusions:
- lack of communication
- Unfair report and payment.
- good and on time when it comes about sending the invoices.

Auto-invoicing with no refunds

You subscribe for other service that partners with Bliwa, you're auto-invoiced by Bliwa for a small amount "as an offer" for their service. You pay it accidentally together with other bills. The contact form in your Bliwa profile doesn't send anything anywhere. You have to call them for being unsubscribed, "but we can't refund you the first invoice".

Golden classic of lawful scam.

Misleading Marketing – Kivra Invoice intend of an offer

I recently discovered that Bliwa has been using misleading marketing practices, and unfortunately, I fell for it. As a member of Unionen, I was under the impression that the invoices I received from Bliwa were mandatory as part of my membership. However, I have now learned that these invoices were merely an offer, not an obligation.

I find this practice highly deceptive, as it exploits the trust people place in their union memberships. It was only through a news article that I realized I had been unknowingly paying for something I never concisely agreed to.

My valid request was denied then later…

My valid request was denied then later reevaluated as they realised their mistake. It took several months to get my compensation.

Poor experience

I had acute lumbago. First thing they did was to suggest I visit a healthcare centre (VC). Then they asked questions about my health for 35 minutes. Then the phone call got interrupted and no one called back. Very frustrating since we can't call the person back, you just get back to the automated switchboard.

All in all just terrible experience.
