Hopefully you find and read these reviews before you purchase anything from this "business".

You won't hear anything back after you order things. 10 business days to fulfill orders is a lie.

My hope is this will get their attention before I go stop payment at my bank.

I have ordered a card on 24 january

I have ordered a card on 24 january. I still haven't received . They contacted me about it , even asked me some specifications on the shipping address. Still haven't received my package till today. No tracking number about the shipment either. Either its a scam or it takes a lot out of them to run the shipments effectively. Wouldn't suggest ..

Hi Kostas, we asked you to send your address in English because you had sent it in Greek during checkout, which was unusable for any foreign postal services. Your card has been shipped right after on Feb 15 and is handled by Postal Services from that point on, not by us. We checked your order and it has cleared customs and is currently arriving at the processing center in your city for dispatch.

Where are my wristbands

It's been 4 weeks, and I haven't heard anything. I emailed 3 times and have not received a response. I ordered wristbands, not custom cards, so I figured 4 weeks was plenty. I'm about to report fraud to my credit card company. Completely disappointed with this experience. I do not recommend.

UPDATE- March 31st, still no communication and still no wristbands.

2nd UPDATE- April 12th, no word. I'm reporting to my bank ASAP. I would love to get the product, but no communication and no bracelets really leaves a bad taste.

Ghosted! Where are my cards???

I am writing this review to add to the same experience MANY others have written about. I ordered January 31st and have not received a single correspondence since the order. (Order #BLK22541662) I have emailed and tried to chat with Shop and have been ghosted. A friend loves the product so I failed to check Trust Pilot first. Lesson learned. Maybe as others have said, this will wake them up. Shop is just as useless with no customer service.

***UPDATE*** It seems this review got their attention! I finally received the cards and have 0 complaints. Their claim that they will let you know if there is a shipping delay did not happen.

They take your money and ghost

They take your money and ghost. It is either a scam/fake company or run very unprofessionally. I ordered a month ago and have sent several emails…nothing. I am going to report it as fraud on my CC and move on, but look for one of the many other places that will actually send you a product when you pay for it.

1/11/25 BEWARE: I placed an order on November 25, 2024 (40+ days) and have still NOT RECEIVED the order or any shipping information. I emailed them and have gotten ZERO RESPONSE. This company is either a huge total SCAM, or they're just super terrible with communication and shipping takes months. I'm not sure which is true but either way it's TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT BUY

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Ordered May 29th, 2024 (Order #BLK22541547), checked in with them on June 18th since I had heard nothing from them. They responded June 25th saying "We expect to ship this week." July 12th I asked for an update. No response. I demanded a refund July 22nd. No response, no refund as of today, July 30th. They charged over $650 immediately for custom product, to produce nothing in over two months. BLK if you see this, you better refund me immediately. Visa will be notified next. OTHER CONSUMERS: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don't order from them.

We ordered on Feb. 29th. (Order #BLK22541427) Since then this seller is completely silent. No shipping notification, no order details... We sent three emails from the order message and website but got no answers. Since they seems to respond here, we left a bad review and answered, but no follow-up. Still no cards as of july 2nd.

After 4 weeks still not recieved our ORDER #BLK22541479

I placed an order ORDER #BLK22541479
on 28-3-24 and received a confirmation.
On 5 april I received confirmation by mail that it would be shipped.
Until now 22 april NOT RECEIVED ANY PACKAGE or track and trace after repeated Reminders, no answer.
It seems that they keep me ont he line and robbed me of €44,-

Wow, just put your money on RED, not BLK.

Wow. What's crazy is how so many orders during the same time frame have been neglected or robbed. I myself have made a purchase on 2/29/24 and still nothing. Unless someone is out back with a chisel and stone tablet, this should be a seamless transaction. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but damn, it has to be a scam. I sent an email and still nothing. It is sad that nothing can be trusted anymore. Let's see if they reply back to this.

It has now been more than 10 working days, I have still not received my refund. They have also not replied my latest email regarding my refund or given me any feedback during this process of refunding.

Don’t know what is going on with this company, but they seriously have to work on their communication, as it is non-existent.

I purchased a card from them on March…

I purchased a card from them on March 2. As of a few days ago, I had not heard anything so I wrote them an e-mail for an update. They responded promptly and indicated that my card was complete and would be shipped the next day. That was three days ago and I haven't heard anything else.

Please be aware that this company requires returns within 30 days of PURCHASE not when you get the card. Here is their return policy verbatim:

"30 days

We will only review refund and/or exchange requests made within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to review a refund and/or exchange of any kind."

This is unfortunate because if I do not physically have the card within 30 days, I have to waste my time disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I will update this and I am happy to increase the number of stars but these issues will need to be addressed

UPDATE - 03/22/24:

The company responded promptly again, indicating that the product had shipped as indicated. I was provided a tracking number.

I think the issue with the company is that there does not appear to be automatic updates in their shipping software. This is concerning for US customers who are often the subject of internet scams.

Anyways, I am pleased with the update. I will update again when the product is received.

03/22/24 v. 2 - I have exchanged a few e-mails with the company today. This is a huge difference from the other reviews indicating that the company is non-responsive. That has not been my experience.

Final Review 03/25/24 - Card was delivered. The card itself is a beautiful design. The card was in black (surprise!) and my company logo was in a cool gold color. The NFC is a little wonky with my phone but I do not think that has to do with the product, rather my iPhone.

One star down for the issues described earlier. I am happy with my purchase and I would purchase again from this company.

Seems to be a fraud/scam

Seems to be a fraud/scam. It has now been 3 weeks since placing my order, I have sent 3 mails, not once have they responded or given me any feedback regarding my order. If they do not reply to my last mail. I will be handing them over to the fraud departments of all the banks I am linked to. This company is utterly shocking and unprofessional.

UPDATE

I recommend anyone trying to get in contact with BLK Cards, to just leave a review on trust pilot. This is the fastest they will come in contact.

They now have the excuse of not being able to ship to me, but they could not have just informed me 3 weeks ago when I placed my order, or put up a list of countries who they can ship to.

Still, had a terrible experience and would not be recommending them anytime soon.

This order was refunded in full because we do not ship to Namibia and because the logo provided did not follow the logo requirements for engraving.

UPDATE
There is no standard postal service from here to Namibia, so it is not an excuse but a fact.
We have not yet introduced premium courier shipping alternatives because we have not yet found an economical way to do it without being too expensive for our cudtomers.
All orders are processed in order of arrival, which is why yours has been looked at only when it reached its turn. Unfortunately, due to the backlog caused by the Chinese New Year public holiday three weeks hiatus, it took about 10 working days to get to processing your order and realize that A. your logo did not follow the guidelines and B. your country was not covered by our postal services. We have then immediately refunded your order.
You decided to make a bad review regardless, which is your right, but it is also our right to point out the fact that you failed to mention that you got a full refund, and that the logo you uploaded did not follow the logo guidelines at all, even though they are written in bold on the product page. Instead, you chose to make defamatory remarks that were not factual, making your review itself false. So in the end, it is better for both parties that we did not continue this commercial relationship. Best Regards.

I don't recommend this company.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the communication from this company is terrible, zero communication so far, except for an automated "Thank you for your purchase" email.
I've contacted them several times regarding the status of my order, and have not had a single response. I ordered from them on February 17th, my card has already been charged (a while ago), and It's already March 2nd.

[UPDATE March 3rd]
As you can see below (and as expected) they only reply to Trustpilot reviews, so keep that in mind.
Also, they're doing a refund which I did not ask for, and off course, they still haven't replied to my inquiry. Maybe they should add a Trustpilot link to their website, apparently seems more useful than their contact forms, or their contact email addresses.

Anyhow, the bottomline is: perhaps the product is good, perhaps it's not.... but that my friends, you might never really know....

Need to better on communication!

I’m changing my review to five stars today. Company definitely has zero communication!! I felt robbed for that reason!! They need to better up on that.
Finally after two months of the order, just today I received my card. It is super nice and absolutely stunning & rich. My logo is the best part. If I only knew they would take 2 months, I would have ordered for my brother-in-law as well. I highly recommend them.

Zero communication from the seller

Zero communication from the seller. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have not received any updates. I sent an email to ask for an update on my order. No response. I filled out the contact form on their website, no response. I am going to contact my credit card company to file for a charge back. I have referenced my order number in all my emails with the seller (BLK22541395).

After I posted my original review, the seller contacted me with the tracking number. Today I received my order and I am very happy. My suggestion is for the seller to communicate right away with customers so they don´t have to come here and write a negative comment.
