Excellent.
I was wary going in (I've been burnt before).
The price was almost too good to be true.

But my hat is off to them! They delivered on time and a simply beautiful bell - I am very impressed.
I'll definitely be buying my next kettlebell from BLK BOX.

Home gym is all Blk Box. The quality of their product is unquestionable in my opinion. For once I had an issue with a delivery. Emailed and raised my grievance. They sorted it. That's all you can ask.

I've ordered a concept 2 skierg , at the start of the order site says that if it costs more than 800 euro its shipping free. I continued the order, tried to pay with Klarna which didn't work and just payed all the amount . After that a mail has been sent that said it will be a shipping cost , the next day they send another email which said that my order is ready and is on the way . And after 3 hours they send another mail and said that the shipping cost is gonna be 430 euro. And of course the discount code never worked. Sad.

BLK box is my go to for home gym equipment. Their kit and equipment is robust and high quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Having a home/garage gym with quality equipment that not only looks good, but get the job done is imperative to me. BLK BOX provide an amazing level of quality and service which is why they are my first point of call for fitness equipment.

I ordered their Challenger tiles for my studio floor. They’re very good and easy to clean. Delivery was fast and easy.

I have recently purchased several BLK box products
2.5kg - 30 kg dumb bells and rack - bench and ply box - all products were delivered on time and in good condition - packaging was particularly good to protect products and as usual the products themselves have been excellent quality and have complemented my small home gym very well

I puchased the outdoor pull up bar. I initially had some issues with the product but the customer service team quickly resolved them to my satisfaction. I will definitely consider BLK BOX for my future purchases.

Installed a garage gym. Assistance and advice was first class. Instal was seamless and the equipment is first class

I added the Series 1 Adjustable Bench to my basket but didn’t complete the purchase. A few days later I received an abandoned basket email specifically showing the bench I’d left behind, saying “Take 10% off on us.”

The discount code didn’t work, the email didn’t mention any exclusions and specifically featured the item I was being encouraged to buy, so I found this misleading.

I contacted customer service multiple times over a couple of weeks to ask whether they would honour the offer or explain why the email had been sent. I never received a single response.

I've purchased equipment from BLK BOX on a number of occasions and have always had a positive experience. The quality of the equipment is excellent. Chris is a great salesperson.

On the rare occasion I've needed assistance, the customer service team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. Delivery was straightforward, and the products arrived as expected.

Overall, I'm very happy with both the equipment and the service and would happily recommend BLK BOX to others looking for quality gym equipment.

Product amazing. Returns process - HORRIFIC!!!! Don’t order from these guys! You can get equivalent options with far less hassle in mainland uk.

I had a poor customer experience. I tried to secure a quote for a BH deal but the responses were incredibly slow and didn’t arrive until after the offer expired. They didn’t apologise and refused to honour the discount even after I placed a different order. The customer service was even worse with a lot of back and forth and incredibly slow responses that seemed to be just before closing hours. It was very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Placed an order, there was an issue with the website and the specified size that they had on the website vs the actual size of the product and they were amazing at arranging a return and fixing the issue. I was very impressed, it made everything very easy.

Dan was very helpful guy best guy in the company.

Pros:
- Great pre-sales experience - having very little prior knowledge of the type of equipment that I was looking to purchase, I received some really helpful advice to help me choose the most suitable equipment for my small home gym.
- BLK BOX’s pricing seems fair in comparison to other retailers offering similar products.
- I am pleased with the overall product - it appears sturdy and reasonably well constructed. It’s difficult to say how well the black powder coating will hold up though - it seems to scratch off pretty easily.

Cons:
- Delivery service is really poor - I had 3 separate deliveries from this company and there were issues on each of the 3 occasions. Admittedly, the initial delivery issue was somewhat out of BLK BOX’s control, however given that I had spent over £6000 with them, they should have bent over backwards to rectify the issue. BLK BOX contract out budget third party couriers to carry out their UK deliveries - if I’m spending £6000K+, I also expect a premium delivery service. BLK BOX need accept liability for delivery issues, regardless of whether or not these are completed by a third party courier service. It is their responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive to the customer as expected and if not, this needs to be dealt with appropriately by the aftersales team.
- BLK BOX are extremely keen to take your money, but they fall short when it comes to aftersales service - this is just as important as the pre-sales service. I had considered my purchase for over 2 years, looking at options with 4/5 different retailers. When I finally narrowed it down to BLK BOX and a different retailer, I went for BLK BOX in the end. In hindsight, I’m not sure that this was the best decision.

Something also that I found a little strange - I pre-ordered a set of cable attachments that were out of stock. They arrived within the expected timeframe on a separate delivery, however I was sent a Mirafit set as opposed to a BLKBOX set - the two brands sell the exact same product, however BLK BOX’s is priced slightly higher and the only difference is the branding on the product itself. I don’t have an issue with Mirafit products, however BLK BOX should have notified me that I would be receiving the product from a different brand if they had supplier issues.

I would not recommend BLK BOX if you are looking for a premium level or service, simply because of their aftersales service. If they improve their delivery service and aftersales service then I would be happy to recommend them.
