Made one call, arranged for an engineer to attend the next morning, he telephoned 30 minutes before arriving and promptly came at the time he said.
Blockage cleared in less than 30 minutes.
Very professional company highly recommended.

Fast response. Very efficeint, solved the problem with some very impressive equipment. Strongly reccomend their services.

The downstairs toilet had backed-up to the rim and wouldn’t shift.
It wasn’t a (‘legs crossed) emergency as we have an upstairs toilet at the rear of the house that feeds into a separate drain.
Phoned MZR and they arranged to come on Weds morning.
Their engineer, Michael, phoned to say he was on his way and arrived 10 mins later. He explained what he was going to do, fed the drain camera down the manhole and showed me on his CCTV screen. All sorted with the minimum of fuss. I’d have no hesitation in recommending MZR. Excellent service.

Called on a Sunday of a B/ H weekend- a very professional lady answered arranged a call out for the B/ H Monday - i was surprised and delighted that someone could out so quickly and for such a reasonable price with no call out fee - They Turned up when they said they would unblocked my drain and answered all my questions and gave me options on the issues that all related to my Drain - They were spot on - I would RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND

They came out same day, within an hour. Great guy called Ross who sorted out blocked toilets as we had a bad blockage in the sewer pipe in the back garden. Jetted and cleared it in 30 min, even took the time to show us the issue on a camera. First class service, would highly recommend. Thanks!

Absolutely great service didn't expect they could come straight away on a Sunday gave me a 6hr window but arrived in 1st hour of that fixed problem in minutes and clean down all area couldn't asked for more thank you

Phone call was answered promptly. They understood the problem, and explained their fixed cost. They suggested if I can wait to avoid Sunday, it’s cheaper. I booked a date. A day later, I had to change the date - no problem doing so. Turned up as arranged. Took some time to resolve, but Alex persisted, and explained everything. Left me with ideas as to how to prevent further problems.

Used MZR a few times now in both current and old house. Excellent service and they are really quick to respond and fix. The lady I spoke to on the phone was excellent , I called at 08:20 and by 09:50 they had been and fixed the issue. Can’t fault these guys at all !

Had an issue with our kitchen drain smelling. MZR were really helpful and the engineer Paul was excellent in getting it sorted and very courteous.

Needed urgent action to unblock toilet. Contacted MZR and they came out the same day - Paul arrived on time as promised. Quickly identified and resolved the problem. The cost was about 60% cheaper than other contractors who provided quotes. Thoroughly recommended
