Ordered online, arrived within a couple of days. Prefer gum for energy, as it is easier to carry than drinks, doesn't make you want to pee, and works as well as drinks, in my opinion.Only drawback is that, unlike conventional gum, the packaging is not suitable for disposing of used gum.

The gum went through 100's of trials on taste and we thought we'd got it, but clearly there's room for improvement.
Noticeable Effect
I have been pleasantly surprised at how this gum has worked. On each occasion that I have used it, I have seen a noticeable effect on my energy levels.

First shipment went missing; excellent service to rectify
The first shipment went missing and did not arrive. However, after contacting Blockhead, I had a personal apology from the MD and founder. Although it was too late to get a replacement shipped in time for my cycling event, when I returned home the replacement package had arrived, with a few extra packets included FOC.
Mistake happen, things go missing in the post, etc., and I cannot fault the excellent response from Blockhead. Will recommend and buy again.

Not a fan of the taste
i bought this as the concept seemed good, however I was disappointed with the taste. Normally gum is fresh and minty but and whilst this is somewhat minty, it has a weird after taste. It certainly isn't my first choice for gum but it's not the worst I've had either. I guess products with any amount of added extras (for example protein shakes or Gym snacks) never taste quite the same as the real deal due to the added extras whatever it may be.
Edit notes:
In my previous review I stated the 5 pack of Gum was £2 however I stand corrected. I bought the gum at an introduction offer of £1.00 from Morrisons. When i got back I googled it I saw the price tag of £1.99 and assumed it was £1.99 for 5 as the package looked the same upon first glance however upon seeing the reply from blockhead and from further investigation it appears that price was for the 10 pack and I have misquoted that so I apologise for that. I have amended this review accordingly, increasing the star rating by 1.

EDIT: Thanks for your edited response Nelson. We find that for some users, it takes a couple of pieces to get used to. But once they do, a lot say the taste and chew is actually better than other popular, peppermint-only chewing gums! However, everyone is different, especially when it comes to taste! Thanks again for the feedback.
