I have no idea what their service is actually like but I think it's fair to say any company who feels the need to leave fake reviews for themselves and generate income by conning people can't have a very good service behind them.

This company has been taking unauthorized payments out of my bank account every month.I have never even used this site, not even sure what it is I have contacted my bank and reported their behaviour. Be aware!!!!!

I was supposed to be buying something for £3.00 that clearly was a scam. I’m not going through the email process I’ve just cancelled my card and nothing else will be coming out of my account to this company. The advent was very very misleading.You have sent me The same reply as you have to others. I did not sign up for any building hub coding or anything like that.You are advertising kettles Lego and advent calendars. you sent me emails which are going to Spam in my email.I will not be cancelling a subscription I never agreed to in the first place. As I woman in her 70s why on earth would I need such a thing

I feel I was con as I thought that I was buying an advent calendar for my grandson, not knowing I was signing up for a trail membership! After 4 days they then took an amount out of my account which I hadn't realized it was an automatic subscription! I know people will say read the small print but when you are shown picture of advent calendars and people saying that they had received them in good time and were great? It's false advertising! Hence I have cancelled my subscription after taking my money, plus it say after promotional period you will be charged £45 every 14 days! And no I have not received an advent calendar! Be careful where you see this advertised!
