Excellent customer service
Firstly, I thought the Luca was excellent working for customer service, very quick to answer queries and sort everything. I was ordering a rug (so a large item to package) to the UK so was contacted to pay an additional shipping fee. When shipping contacted me regarding customs this was all sorted for me by the team. The reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars was just because it would have been good to be aware of the extra shipping cost for large items when I paid, but it is understandable and most other items sold by the store would not need this.
