Good service, great price, nice packaging
Cookie delicious

Awful experience with this company. My partner ordered me a box of cookies for our anniversary which were ‘delivered’ by DPD (left on my doorstep on a main road) and subsequently stolen. He contacted Blondies Kitchen for assistance and was simply told that it wasn’t their problem and that he should contact DPD put in a claim and ask for compensation! My partner stated to them that his contract was with them and he has paid for something that he hasn’t received. The company suggested that we should’ve been in to collect the delivery despite working and getting a time slot from DPD the morning of the delivery. Am I supposed to take a day off work to wait in for cookies to be delivered? All the company offered was 15% off the next order as they are a ‘small business’ and couldn’t resend the order he paid for, despite having shops in Selfridges and Covent Garden! My partner emailed them again to dispute this and ask for something further to be done and this was just ignored. Spending nearly £30 for cookies to receive nothing is disgusting. Horrendous customer service from this company, how you can ignore a complaint email from a paying customer is beyond me!

I wanted to send a message via a tasty treat through the post and this ticked all the boxes. Quick deliver, too. Will definitely use again.

These are the best tasting cookies 🍪!! I initially had them when Blondies kitchen were doing a promotion at the Emirates Stadium. They were so delicious, I purchased on line almost straight away. Communication excellent. Beautifully packaged. Prompt delivery by Courier. Highly recommended 🥰

I ordered the biscuits for a present to cheer up my friend . The cookies were delivered in time and beautifully gift wrapped . The cookies tasted amazing my friend said. I would totally recommend Blondies cookies

Lovely cookies, a regular treat

Ordered a lovely cookie for my friend's birthday - looked yummy!

Got it through a voxi drop, contacted them after a month to ask for an update, which they blamed on DPD(as other reviewers have mentioned) and they would send it again with the same tracking. 3 weeks later nothing, so I sent them a message which to my surprise was ignored, another 2 weeks and another message with no response. It's been well over 2 months, absolutely would avoid spending money here, I'm lucky mine was free as I got nothing.

Bought for my daughters birthday, Nutella and Cookies are 2 of her favourite things so thought I was on to a winner, She took one bite and the rest went in the bin, when you spend £16 on a 7" cookie you expect it to be decent, by the time you add delivery its £19.99. I'll give credit for the packaging as that was nice but unfortunately the actual product was a disgrace for the money.

I got some of these for free via a promotion from my mobile operator. It took a very long time for them to arrive as they were delayed at first due to the sheer volume of orders—then mine supposedly got lost by dpd. Support emails were answered really quickly and friendly, so that’s a plus.
The cookie itself was huge–I did not expect this, so was positively surprised. Unfortunately American-style cookies are not my thing. The doughiness is just not for me and I prefer a bit more crunch.

Bad quality of the cookie received, stale,greasy, not fresh and didn’t smell nice. Contacted the customer service and then again to chase but got ignored. Bad customer service, avoid at all costs

Ordered a free cookie through Voxi at the start of February, on the 5th DPD had a problem with delivery and Blondies Kitchen contacted me to make sure my address was correct, which it was. They offered to open raise the issue with DPD to try to come to a solution on the 6th and said they'd contact me within 2 weeks with an outcome. I emailed them on the 23rd asking if they'd heard anything back and haven't had a reply after nearly 3 weeks and over 5 weeks after the first email.

I’m glad this cookie was free cos if I had paid £16 (the rrp) I would be asking for a full refund and sending it back, rock solid, tasteless & dry cookie, it’s gone straight in the bin! Awful!

Warmed it up to have with icecream and tasted good. Smelt nice and fresh too, not artificial smelling. Was good! To make it 5 stars, I would have liked a softer cookie.

It was a VOXI drop and it just came when I got my job offer. It was a celebration for me. I am grateful timing could not be better! 7-inch milk chocolate was amazing.
