All records are fine butI dont know why they cant be shipped in one parcel. Besides double tax we have to pay for handling and stuff (If I have to pay for one item or two it only incrases like 5 euros, but if it comes in another case and shipping I have to pay like a new one)

The last few albums I received were made poorly with split seems over an inch long on both albums on the outer sleeves. Packing overseas are 50/50 to arrive in good shape. still not good . Poor quality mailers. The temper trap sungazer albums were trash. Both albums were made poorly. I could buy more from you but I never know what to expect with quality of manufacturing or getting mailers delivered with crushed corners. You should use whiplash mailers. The best quality mailers.

For the prices, they should offer free next day delivery though

Great company, some things can be hit or miss but i continue to support blood records as I believe they are only getting better and are listening to feedback, the quality increases with every order.

The packaging is so bad.

2 of the vinyls i ordered in a row both came with the vinyl in the inner sleeve outside of the outer sleeve, both damaged. the first one i complained to the customer service, they were very helpful and quick they sent out a replacement inner and outer sleeve but after waiting a month it never shipped so i followed up, they’ve sent out a new one a week ago, i’m still waiting for it to ship.

for the £3-£5 charged for shipping the way they’re packaging isn’t ok

the package is poor, I received most records damaged on corners. A better corner protection is recommended,

Great selection and quality of vinyl, you just have to get in quick before they’re all gone.

I used to buy all their new releases from Argentina, but I had issues with 8 out of 10 packages because they are packed VERY poorly.

I thought maybe the postal service in Argentina was mishandling the shipments... So, I decided to start having them sent to my brother in the US, but the records arrive there marked, dented, or broken too.

It’s a shame that they produce such excellent editions yet put so little effort into shipping them.

Excellent packaging and item.
Delivery issues and communication with you didn't go well though.
The first weak point is that the name of the local carrier chosen by Royal Mail was undisclosed (to me). They didn't find me at home and did NOT leave a note. So, I was not able to understand where my parcel was.
After personal searching I found that the carrier was Poste Italiane and - finally - got the parcel at the Post office.
In the meanwhile, when I was unable to locate the parcel, I sent to you (Blood Records) an email and a web message of enquiry. Both remained unfortunately with NO reply.

Excellent quality pressings and fast shipping. Would love for there to be padding between the empty sleeve and the vinyl so it doesn’t leave an imprint on the sleeve during shipping process. Otherwise fantastic as always. Will continue enjoying Blood Records pressings.

Parcel arrived in time and was well packed!Mail was sent when package was underway.The liquid vinyl looks really great!

The product came out great, love my first Liquid Filled Vinyl. In top of that, is the Judas Priest greatest hits vinyl. However, had to follow up with Blood records a few times, lacking on communications for the status of the order. The release date was June 19th and the took a long time to dispatch the vinyl, also they didn't sent me a message that the vinyl was shipped. I received another email from Royal Mail that a vinyl was shipped from Rough trade (which was weird because I didn't posted an order with Rough Trade). It would be beneficial if the customer knows this in advance... I received the vinyl today.

Fantastic experience all round their products are extremely highly quality and I love how they are limited. If I was to find one fault it would be trying to figure out how they operate can be challenging at the start, but they are open in saying expect anything and expect them to bend the rules. Which I now love as it adds to the experience.
