On 23rd November I ordered items from this Company. To date, 14th December, there is no sign of my order. Despite contacting their Customer Support numerous times, they have been unable to confirm exactly where my parcel is. I have been told to be patient-which I have been, use the tracking service - which they charge £1 for. The latest email tells me, as of 3 days ago, 'the system has not yet updated the latest shipping information-if we receive an update we will give you feedback'
This Company clearly obtains its good and/or operates from China. Had I known this I would not have ordered anything due to notorious lengthy delivery times. I am now dubious as to whether I am even going to see my parcel at all. I have requested a refund which has been refused. I see that some reviews have been removed due to being 'fake'. I do not believe this at all. I have no doubt their reviews are as appalling as their service and will never use them again . Happy to verify all of the above with copies of emails if needed!

I ordered an ice scraper 6 weeks ago. According to the tracking it has been all over the USA and is now in Belfast. Slightly surprised as it was delivered today from China. It does not look like the product I ordered and I have no idea if it works.

So wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Two throws ordered, arrived in what looked like a thin bin bag and damaged, the throws are so so thin you can almost see through them, total waste of money and not my grandchildren presents that I was expecting.

What scammers.
I ordered a product from this company and it never arrived. Now they are not responding to my emails.
Do not use this company.

Avoid at all costs. I really wish I had checked reviews, spent over £100 on personalised blankets for them not to arrive. Disgusting customer service, no responses, and no way of getting my money bank.

I ordered 2 of the colour changing lights with phone charger on 8//11/24 on 6th of December I got tracking from America saying delivered so I emailed to say I don’t have delivery and they sent me tracking from China saying it had been sent from China and after many emails and they just fobbing me off I have to assume it’s a scam so DO NOT order as you’ll be robbed.

After waiting 4 weeks for an item i purchased for my grandson whose birthday was 2 weeks ago id opened a dispute with paypal item not received i,d explained the circumstances of me being misled into believing this was a uk company which was in fact based in the usa when it turned up 4 weeks later i changed the reason for the dispute as the item is the exact same as one i bought from temu which wont connect to blue tooth to enable it to charge mobile phones. So while i didnt mind so much with the first one that cost considerably less i,m not happy about losing over £20. Now paypal are telling me i have to pay to return it if i want a refund to hongkong Within 10 days which apart from all the inconvenience. I,m disabled so have to try get someone to help me do that and will probably cost almost has much as the refund, i,m disgusted that paypal are letting them get away with it ripping people off like this. Why should i have to pay to return it their the ones that are selling things that are not fit for purpose and misleading people where the things are coming from.

AVOID.!!! Waited over 4 weeks for my item. Never did arrive. Sends generic tracking numbers. Had to open a dispute with PayPal for my refund. Most recent tracking service they sent to try and track was China post parcel tracking sent was trying to scam me asking for my card details

One big con I’m so disappointed I ordered in good faith and they keep saying order delivered I’ve emailed several times and keep getting the say reply, I have checked with my delivery company and the taking number doesn’t exist. Avoid at all cost

Ordered ice scrapers beginning November still not received, have sent emailes to get update only to get a tracking number which states still in USA, doubt I will ever receive these, total scam as I was also overcharged as to what was stated. Will be taking this further. Please DO not use this company.

Received the phone charger alarm
Clock light speaker what a load of rubbish it is quarter of the size of the pictures on website . I’ve emailed saying poor quality etc cost £22 they’ve offered £2 compensation. Do not buy from this website I’d imagine it’s all absolute rubbish Terrible quality

Ordered Ice scrapers 11th November and still waiting. Tracker shows they are apparently still in China. Not holding my breath. Like others saw what I thought was UK company IT IS NOT.

this company is a scam and the owners are outright thieves who take more money than the product is on sale for and then dont even send it...when you question them its in the US or China being shipped....please steer clear...i am taking this further

I wish that I had seen the reviews before I ordered from here. Facebook reviews were excellent but I never looked at Trip Advisor. I ordered two ice scrapers on 23/11. £9-99 free postage. Got an email thanking me for my purchase of £12-49. I emailed immediately and was told it was a system error and they would refund the £2-48 which they did.
I am still not in receipt of my goods as of today’s date 7/12. I got sent tracking details and I have had an email fro the post office saying parcel expected on 3/12 but all correspondence has now ceased. This company are misleading people by advertising a uk email address. The items come from China. The company is based in USA. I have sent lots of emails to their customer support and then do get a reply back but they won’t refund my money because the goods are en route.
I don’t think I will receive my order. I’m thankful I’ve only lost £9-99 but I am annoyed with myself as well should’ve gone on here and read the reviews before order because I would never of placed an order with them. My advice is to avoid this site.

i had an email saying goods in transit but then one to say couldn't be delivered. did get refund tho

Ordered 7/11 from a Uk domain website.
Still not received anything. Constantly emailing as tracking is not up to date and constantly fobbed off.
Sent from Denver USA bit some how goes via china. Absolutely do not touch this company.

Update… still waiting 39 days now and still can’t get me a delivery date. How can o get the authorities on to this?

I wish I had read this first. Was charged extra for order over what order confirmation stated. Have had this refunded on PayPal. Using a co.uk in their name, but got notification that package in USA, been there for days. Also notification that it's in China at the same time! Fortunately not an expensive order as I'm doubtful if I'll ever receive it.

What a absolute pile of rubbish, cheap and tacky, avoid this. The G63 light I bought is so bad it is will go straight in the bin. Support service are a waist of time

Tried to go onto the website and got this message from my AVG software.

Didn’t ever receive the item. Money taken. Unable to contact anybody as not a UK site like advertised!! SCAM!!!!
