Bloom & Bond's Pumpkin Seed Oil with Saw Palmetto REALLY WORKS! I took before and after pictures of my hair and could REALLY SEE the DIFFERENCE over 3 months! I recommended the product to my sister and now to EVERYONE!

Once this company has your card details, they will continue taking money until you put a stop to it. You do NOT have to set up a subscription — I didn’t, and my account clearly shows no active subscription.

I ordered a one‑month supply and it took weeks to arrive. I never reordered, yet on 20th April I received an email saying “thank you for your order”. I know for certain I did not place another order, and I am not in any subscription. They have simply reused my card details from my one‑off purchase and charged me again without permission.

I have emailed repeatedly and had no response. After seeing other reviews reporting the same behaviour, it’s clear this is not a one‑off mistake.

THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THEM TAKING MONEY IS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND LITERALLY REPORT THEM AS FRAUDULENT — OTHERWISE THEY WILL KEEP TAKING PAYMENTS.

I’ve had no choice but to report the transaction as unauthorised. Be very wary ordering from this company — in my experience, their practices are fraudulent.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I requested my order to be cancelled within an hour of the order after realising it would affect my birth control I received a response fairly quickly stating I would have to wait for my order to be received and could then request a refund. After a delay in receiving my order I emailed Wednesday 15th April requesting a refund I have emailed 2 different emails and attempted live chat with zero response. I am now almost £50 out of pocket and am getting nowhere. Do not order from this company, I have also seen that they con customers into subscriptions they’re unaware of! Beware.

I’ve checked the reviews and it’s safe to say every other person has had the same experience as me. They made it seem like I was paying for one pack of pumpkin seeds, I have no been charged for the third time automatically. It’s daylight robbery! I have emailed them, then an automated response said it will take 24-48 hours, and then after I waited it said the email could not be sent through. Unbelievable.

They sign you up to a subscription without your permission. They add sneaky charges to your bill. They keep taking money even after you cancel the subscription. Do not deal with this company they will rip you off.

please people be aware of this so called company.with out notify you they active the subscription and when you inform them they say oh products are already shipped and they charge you.they products is rubbish even doesnt work.please stay away from scammers.still they hav not refund me while i post back they useless products to US.NEVER Recommend to people .

I have cancelled subscription twice now and got confirmation but yet again I still keep receiving and paying!!!! The actual product is ok ? But still going bald 👨‍🦲

I have been using the Pumpkin seed capsules since September 2025. My hair was coming out in clumps when I washed it due to an experimental medication. I was losing hair from the follicle. It was coming out during the day on my clothes. Every time I touched it my hands were full of hair. When I got highlights the stylist’s hand was wrapped in hair.
ENTER BLOOM AND BOND. NOTICEABLE difference in 2 months. Now it is April 2026. No clumps of hair in the shower. It looks and feels thicker. Bald spots on the temples have grown in. My hair is fuller and is back to normal. I have not missed one day of the capsules. THANK YOU Bloom & Bond!

Buyer beware! I made an initial purchase and a month later no products, I noticed that it was an automated subscription so I went to the site and canceled it right away. They have the audacity to still charge my cc to ship out more after i canceled???? I still haven't received the initial order! I have sent a couple emails to complain and find out where my first order is...of course they say due to the current global issues its delayed. All that to say, I called my cc company to dispute and block charges from this vendor. Another life lesson. Find another Pumpkin Seed company to order from!

This product has been life changing. My hair has stopped falling out, my hormones feel balanced and I feel great. I have so much new growth it’s unbelievable. My hair has become thicker and stronger.

I had the same issue as many on here. I bought 3 months supply of a product a month back. Without knowing it I was signed up to monthly deliveries. They already billed my credit card another £50 and the unsolicited goods have not even arrived. Turns out this is a US company buying the stuff from China. This is FRAUDULANT TRADING and a scam, in my view.
My credit card company has cancelled my card and issued a new one to stop any further unauthorised payments. There is a form to fill in which hopefully will see me reimbursed for my £50 loss.
Please be very careful if considering a single purchase from this outfit. It may turn into a profitable, open-ended agreement bonanza for Bloom & Bond they told you nothing about.

Would highly recommend the pumpkin seed oil for hair loss - i started to loose hair last year in, what for me was huge clumps due to a combination of weight loss and perimenopause, i found this product and have not looked back! I still loose hair but very tiny amounts rather than the handfuls on a daily! My hair is growing back, im thrilled, genuinely would rate 10/10!

I ordered on 20 March and as of today, 13 April I have still not received my order. Customer Service keep telling me it is on the way and sending me links for tracking. The tracking gives me no info and it seems like this is a scam. How can something take OVER FOUR WEEKS to be delivered!!!????

Had to do it though my own bank account

I had a query about my order. I emailed the company. I got a very fast response and the problem was solved immediately. I would recommend Bloom &Bond. Customer service is second to none.
