I found the pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto worked very quickly to decrease shedding. I’ve notice less hair in my hairbrush and the strength of my hair is much better. I’ve recommend the product to multiple people.
Thought i was buying from a UK company
Thought i was buying from a UK company. However when package came it was tatty and unprofessional. On closer inspection it looks like the package came from China! Looks like a pure scam to me! Not even going to take them as I don’t know what is in these. Should be regulated. Please be aware this NOT a Uk company

They know exactly what they're doing. They have this automatic subscription. When ever you order from their site you subscribe automatically and they dont refund you your full payment because that's how they make most of their monies. This is theft and they need to be stopped. Boycott this company. Robbing people out of their hard earned monies. Karma is coming up you.

I swear by these capsules! Since I started taking them, my hair is noticeably thicker and I have minimal shedding. I actually look forward to wash days now as that’s when I feel and see the difference (my hair is usually in a protective style)
I'm very skeptical about products…
I'm very skeptical about products because of past purchases on products that don't work. I was recommended to this product by a family member. I read the reviews and thought I had nothing to lose but continuous hair loss. Well! so far so good. I have less shedding in the shower drain, on my clothes and pillow.
I highly recommend Bloom & Bond.

I was sceptical at first but did some research and Bloom and Bond were the company I thought I would try and I haven’t been disappointed. I can see new hair growing and I would recommend this brand to anyone thinking of trying to improve any hair loss they have.

Not even a week and I can feel and see the change in my hair, feels fuller, my scalp feels more relaxed. Will certainly continue to use and can’t wait to see the changes that haven’t started yet. Fantastic product and would highly recommend!

What a con! Shame, because the product is good
I signed up for a subscription on the buy 1 get 1 free offer in mid-2025. All was going well, I enjoyed the product and the ease of having monthly deliveries. The at the end of December 2025 I received a message saying my payment had failed. There was nothing wrong with my payment card. I contacted Bloom and Bond to ask what had gone wrong because I wasn’t able to even change my payment card. The response was they had some problems with their payment system and after some back and forth I was advised to resubscribe, which I did. I subscribed to the buy 1 get 1 free offer again but when my March delivery arrived it had only one bottle of pumpkin seed oil. I again contacted customer service to be told that that was just a first month offer for buy 1 get 1 free. Firstly, this was not made clear when I placed the new subscription, so I queried this again with customer service. I was advised that I could be moved to the buy 1 get 1 free subscription but the cost would be higher. I was not happy to pay a higher price for my subscription particularly as the problem started with THEIR payment system issues. I responded to customer services asking for the new subscription cost and stated that if it was substantially higher than I signed up for prior to the “payment issues” Bloom and Bond had, to cancel my subscription. I then received just a cancellation notice.
It is clear this “payment issue” was just a rouse to get customers to resubscribe at an inflated cost.
I would NOT recommend Bloom & Bond to anyone after this experience. Which is a real shame because the product is really good. They need to learn that repeat customers are more valuable than new and not to rip people off!
Please don’t respond with the standard “I wasn’t able to find your order” which seems to be a stock response to all poor reviews. Here are my order numbers:

I can’t believe the results. My hairstylist was so impressed with all the new hair growth that I have.
THIS COMLANY IS A SCAM
They automatically sign you up for a subscription which they will send to you with NO warning. The irony is, my first order was very delayed, but the subscribed order (that I had NO idea I was subscribed to until my card was charged) shipped in less than a day. By that time, you cannot cancel the order. They refuse to email back and the phone number they have listed goes straight to voicemail with no ability to talk to anyone. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. do not trust their refund policy, you’ll never hear back.
Order with caution - automatic subscription trigger!!!
I placed an order with this company and realised within minutes that it had automatically signed me up to a subscription, which I did not intend. I submitted a cancellation request within five minutes of placing the order—well within their stated 12-hour cancellation window—and had email evidence confirming this.
Despite this, the order was still processed and dispatched the following day, and I was only informed after the fact. This meant I was left dealing with a situation I had already tried to prevent.
Throughout the process, I found the communication inconsistent, with multiple representatives responding and my main concern—notably why my valid cancellation request was not actioned—never properly addressed.
I was offered a partial refund to keep the item or the option to return it at my own expense (to a US address - I'm based in the UK), which didn’t feel reasonable given the circumstances. I ultimately accepted a 50% refund to resolve the matter, but this was more out of practicality than satisfaction.
Overall, a frustrating experience. I would advise others to be cautious of the subscription element at checkout and to be aware that cancellation requests may not be honoured as expected.
I have no idea if the product itself worked but I don't want to deal with this company at all and so will go to another provider.
