Bloomie Blankets are the most unique gift you can give someone. My friend just had surgery. Instead of fresh flowers or a food basket, I thought she would love something to wrap herself up in. A Bloomie Blanket is the best gift to bring love and joy. And there were so many choices. Their customer service team was quick to response to my email regarding shipping. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

I initially purchased a blanket through PayPal and instead of taking me back to the Bloomie website after logging in with PayPal, it immediately processed the order (I think a PayPal error more than anything) but I didn’t get the chance to add my 10% signup voucher to the order before it went through. I messaged the Bloomie instagram page and explained what happened to them and they were kind enough to process the 10% refund and ensured me that my order would arrive before Valentine’s Day! Super happy with how willing to help they were

The customer service is top notch!!! When I placed my order, my phone auto populated an old address. I panicked and emailed Bloomie Blankets about the issue and they helped me fix it and update the address immediately!!! I can not express how happy I am with the customer service and can not wait to recieve the blanket to gift to my wife for valentines day.

I would say this was not as bad as i thought it would be, i didn’t know my package was international, got some system issue stating my package was in idaho but later that day it actually showed up to my doorstep and i was happy, i opened it and it came scented i was so surprised ive never seen something like that, it looks perfect for my valentines gift, not sure if i got a mystery gift as promised but i still love the blanket for my valentine

There was a mistake when ordering, and the customer service team was so easy to work with!
I just responded to the receipt email, and they got on finding a solution within minutes!

Honestly, this is probably one of the easiest companies to work with when it comes to online orders.

The company quickly replied to my emails regarding a mistaken address and worked to rectify the issue

I accidentally ordered to the wrong address, I reached out to the support team right away, and the immediately responded and redirected it to the correct address. Rare to find a company so responsive and helpful.

After refunding me for a faulty blanket and resupplying with a larger blanket, I am satisfied with that resolution.

The product arrived way later than promised, which was already frustrating. But the biggest letdown came when I opened the package: the item is noticeably smaller than what the pictures suggested. It feels misleading and honestly not worth the money. I expected to get what was advertised, not a downsized version. Definitely won’t be ordering from this seller again.

Edit: We have reached out to each other and they have compensated with giving me a full refund which is great! The problem is my girlfriend loved the blanket but the roses keep falling off. She has stiched 9 roses in the short time she has the blanket. The quality is good but not on the roses.

Extremely disappointing! I bought one in December for a Christmas gift for a trip in January. Despite being told and reading their shipping information, it exceeded the shipping expectations and all of a sudden the company just stopped responding. I try to be very understanding but when all I asked for was an update and you give me a roundabout answer along with no longer responding at all. Yeah I’m pissed. I still haven’t received my package.

Please don’t order from this website, my boyfriend ordered a blanket from them December 20th and it’s 20th January 2026 he didn’t get his package yet 😭😑 very disappointing.

Terrible delivery and underwhelming product. For the amount I paid this blanket should be bigger. The size on the site compared it to a much larger size. This blanket is so small I can't use it for anything. One of the worst products I've ever purchased online. I want a refund for this. I really feel like this was just a scam. A rip off.

They do not care about our feedback, and they’re not sorry for the inconvenience we all have experienced. This is in fact the level of service they aim to provide, and they have no intentions to make things right. We were all scammed by a fraudulent company and they'll keep everyone's money unless you can file a fraud claim with your credit card company. Ordered mine back on 12/9/25 and still have not received it.

Poor quality, not as advertised through photo or video at all. poor quality materials, blanket falling apart toward centre it gets very patchy. MUCH smaller than advertised. Not worth anything. You can’t use it as a blanket or a throw or even as a decoration of any sort. Very flimsy.

It is way smaller than pictured. I was expecting a small to medium sized blanket to show up because what’s pictured is at least 5x bigger than what I got. The product itself seems fine as far as quality, But it’s certainly not a blanket. It’s barely larger than a dinner plate. Zero response for customer service email when I inquired about the order after waiting almost a month with no shipping info update. Wouldn’t order again. Very underwhelmed.

Small and nothing like the ads on the website. It’s not a blanket. It’s about 20 inches in diameter. I’m not sure what this can be used for. Maybe a small dog blanket. Not even big enough for a bay.
