Awful customer service. Used a rubbish delivery team who just left the parcel outside my house and it got stolen.
Reported it through their contact page and through the Shopify app and received no response

Ordered on Feb 11th and till today, there is no news of delivery

its now been over FOUR weeks and nothing, they refuse to even honor the cancel and refund. criminals

I’m honestly really upset about this whole situation. When I ordered the blanket, it clearly said it would arrive within 5 to 9 business days, so I expected it fairly quickly. Instead, I waited 19 days with barely any updates. The tracking never properly updated, and then one day it was just randomly sitting outside my door. When I checked the tracking afterward, it suddenly said “delivered,” like it had all been updated at once. The whole thing felt confusing and unprofessional.

When I finally opened the package, I was even more disappointed. The listing said the size was 150, but the blanket I received was way smaller than that and nothing like what was advertised. It felt completely misleading. I even tried calling the customer service number to get answers, but no one ever responded or followed up. At that point, it honestly felt like a scam. Between the false delivery timeline, inaccurate tracking, wrong sizing, and zero customer support, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly warn others to be more careful before ordering, because this did not feel like a trustworthy or legitimate purchase at all.

Do not buy from this company, ordered it over two weeks ago with no shipping updates. Reached out to customer service with nothing back. Wish I used my credit card so I could have marked it as fraudulent because this seems to fit the definition. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

AVOID BLOOMIE BLANKETS. The sizing is ridiculously small and nothing like what’s advertised. For the price, the quality is extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.

They also promised a free gift with my order — never received it. Between the misleading sizing and missing promo, this was a complete waste of money. I won’t be ordering again.

Can I give negative stars? This company is definitely a scam. As others have said, the shipping time was bogus and coming from an unheard of shipping company and tracking from China. When the product arrived it was poorly made, unraveling and even had a giant hole in the middle. It was such a disappointment, I was planning to give to my wife for Valentine’s Day and decided not to. Not to mention it was $98 and now I have reached out to customer service multiple times to get a refund and still haven’t heard back. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. do not fall into their trap or read their fake reviews and probably AI generated social media posts!!

Shortly after leaving this review I reached out as they mentioned below. I actually received a response, letting me know that they will send another email with return instructions, however a couple weeks later and reached again multiple times, still haven’t heard from them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that this company is a scam. I think all positive reviews on here are fake.

What’s crazy is one of their “myths” in their emails is “ looks nothing like the picture”… and then has a quote from a totally real person, I’m sure- saying “ wow! Even better than the picture!”

The whole point of this product is to be able to fold it and it look like a bouquet at the end. So all the flowers are sewn into the tip of the seam sticking out to mimic a bouquet. I paid 50 something dollars to get a 10 cm blanket waited almost 20 days, and got a blanket that looked nothing like the picture. Not just the picture, it was nothing like the description either. The picture shows a tulip design with them at the tip of the circle. When I received was some cheap flowers sewn about an inch into the blanket, so it looks nothing like a bouquet when you pick it up from the center. This is the whole point of buying one of these blankets because it’s supposed to mimic a bouquet. Their home marketing is designed around that fact.

They didn’t deliver. It took an extra eight days to get my item. Well outside the window. It says they are headquartered in LA, but the blanket came from China. Seems like a shifty business with a scammy product.

Please save yourself the headache and do not buy anything from this store. You will not receive it, the costumer service will not help you. And you will be tossing your money away. Most people like me thought theyd get a romantic gift but instead this company ruined a valentines day.

Ordered and paid on 2 Feb. It is now 21 Feb and the product has not arrived. Was given a tracking number that has no updates.

Tried multiple times to contact them via their website and the email they've been giving out. No response.

Have to concur that they are a shady dropshipping company and this might be a scam.

Ordered it and the day I bought it I emailed and asked them to cancel my order and refund me but I never got anything back from them not by text not by email nothing and no refund. I ordered it the 6th I'm pretty sure.

This company is a scam. Product never came and zero follow up from customer service. Terrible experience

Worst customer service ever. My son purchased this for a valentine gift at the end of January, got an email shipped on February 3rd. Tried the tracking number provided and states no data. I have reached to the company by email several times and get the run around with no valid information. As of today, still no response or item. I have been reading the responses, and the company stating to please email is a total waste of time. I have done that and no luck.

Ordered a flower blanket weeks before Valentine’s Day and still have not received. Starting to think bloomie is not who they say they are reading all these other reviews with very similar experiences

Waited weeks for shipping. They sent a cheaply made blanket that smelled of harsh woman’s perfume and no free mystery gift. Upon asking to return for a refund. They only offered store credit with a bogus e-gift code. They refused to honor the return policy.

I was reluctant to order based on some of the reviews but I took a chance and am satisfied with the purchase. Delivery took about 2 weeks to Alberta Canada, although the tracking details are a little confusing it wasn't an issue. I ordered the second to largest size, 110cm I believe and it arrived as described. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and experience. The blanket is what I expected, decent quality and comfortable for my toddler.

After 12 days. My order shows delivered to south dakota. On my order my address is clearly correct and in Massachusetts. Emailed both the currier and the company and have yet to get a response. How do you screw up that bad. I swear if theres any issues with the item. If it even comes. Im gunna lose it.
