Mostly excellent
Customer service is excellent and responsive. Shipping is really fast. Their prices are really really good. Deducted one star because their system sucks. They couldn't find my address on their system. I had to show them an invoice from a purchase my husband made to show that my address does indeed exist.

Great selection, fast shipping, excellent customer service
Bought $300 worth of products, arrived in 5 days. Consistent status update emails, when order received, shipped and out for delivery/delivered. One product in a mini set leaked (not their fault, manufacturer packaging issue). I sent an email with a photo and received an email back the same day saying they would send a new item
Immediately. Did not have to return original product - so I got to keep 3 mini skin1004 ampoules! Great selection, fast shipping, excellent customer service. 5 stars.

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE
Terrible company to work with. 3 days after I ordered my stuff, I got an email saying my order was fraudulent? They asked for my ID to verify my order, but I'm not going to give my ID to a company I've never bought from before. Tried to contact customer support through their website and it's been 2 days and they only respond one time a day?? So it's been extremely hard to find out what's going on with my order and how to cancel it (because I'm sick of dealing with them and them asking for a copy of my ID). Tried to call the phone number on their website and it's not even for Blooming Koco. Person I talked to on the phone said Blooming Koco doesn't have a number for customer support and that they couldn't help me. I will never be ordering from this company again and would not recommend them at all. Seems like they're a scam.
