Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 160 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with unexpected charges and subscription fees. Customers often reported being charged significantly more than an initial low fee, with these charges appearing as recurring subscriptions that they did not recall explicitly agreeing to or understanding the full terms of. Reviewers also found the pricing unclear and the website difficult to navigate, especially when trying to cancel subscriptions or obtain refunds. Many struggled to get their money back, despite contacting the company or disputing charges through payment platforms.

TOTAL SCAM

This is such a crazy scam I can't even. First charged 39.99, then got a refund, then recharged 49.99 then refunded 39.99 and just today was RECHARGED 39.99 about two weeks after the last refund. And refunded again. I have been in constant communication with the support which feels also fake. At this point I'm interested in collective legal action.

Wish I could give Zero stars

Wish I could give Zero stars

This website/so-called company is a fraud and fake. They came up on my Instagram feed as an ad which led me to take a quiz to see if I was neurodivergent. When you get to the end before you get your results, they say you can get your results for $1.99 and that they will email them to you. Don’t do it!! They don’t send you the results and then they get your credit/debit card info. Then you have to go through the hassle of calling your bank to close that card number out and get another one so that they don’t try and charge you again for a higher amount. As soon as you do that, this so-called company emails you telling you they are sorry to see you go and that they cancelled your order, which isn’t true because I never contacted them directly to do so. Do not fall for this scam.

Experience of Bloominto

I didn’t have much time, but this tool gave me real insight into myself without any fuss. Straightforward questions, clear results, and honestly, it helped me understand myself a little better.

SCAM they will set an automatic payment without your consent or knowledge

did an autism test and paid $2.99 usd for it, then when moving through the website to the next page it automatically charged me $5.99 usd.
then i was charged $39.99 usd a week later as they set up an automatic payment/ subscription without my consent or knowledge.
there is nothing on the website that mentions any kind of subscription and in emailing customer service they admitted they did it without my consent or knowledge.

they are preying on neurodivergent people and scamming them.
I managed to get a refund through PayPal for the $39.99 usd but am working on getting the $5.99 usd back. they escalated it through PayPal saying they won't give me the money back but I provided evidence from what the customer service agent said admitting to the fact I did not sign up for this.
if you get scammed from this company push it through PayPal as I've gotten most of the money back already and will hopefully get it all back.

⚠️ Tried to charge me £30+ without clear consent – blocked them immediately

I took a simple $1.99 quiz and shortly after that, they tried to charge me over £30 under a strange name: "Uabdreamfin Dream".

I NEVER authorised any ongoing subscription and was never informed that I'd be billed that amount. Luckily, I blocked them at the bank immediately — but I can imagine many people won’t notice in time.

I never received any product, no subscription confirmation, no cancellation option, and no clear customer support.

This company feels shady and dishonest.

If you’re thinking of trying Bloom Into, don’t. It looks like a trap disguised as a quiz.

I’ll be reporting this to UK consumer protection. Avoid!

SCAM!

SCAM!

Very much what everyone else has already stated.
Scam AI generated tool/site preying on neurodivergent people.
Would have given a ZERO review if possible.

Obvious scam as they do not offer straight forward path to review or cancel subscription you were not even notified of.

This is the reason you always use Paypal as they assist you with getting your money back.
NEVER use your real card details direct on the internet.

Scam personailty test!

I woke up on the 3rd of august 2025 to a surprise $39.99US or $64.99 australian (im aussie) subscription taken out of my account.

Like everyone else, I paid for the $1.99 career personality test on the 26th of july and was charged a few days later for the subscription they never mentioned I'd be signed up for. I immediately blocked it on my Paypal. But the payment has still come out, to see if they'll refund me at all and if my subscription was actually canceled. Absolute scam. do NOT click this on your facebook or other social media feed.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely AWFUL experience. I did the $1.99 assessment then reached out to customer service to confirm that I would not be charged an additional subscription fee. They said I would not. Well surprise, I got charged a fee. When I reached out, they said they didn’t do refunds and the terrible customer service rep Olivia kept sending me the same scripted message and didn’t acknowledge that she had lied to be about my subscription being cancelled. They then send me a link to cancel my subscription that I did not agree to. An absolute bullshit company. Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam company!

This is a scam company!
I paid $1.99 to take a survey on autism and then a few days later they charged me 39.99 for a subscription.
No mention in the email of a extra charge.
I was only given the T&C after I asked them for a refund, they used it to tell me, too bad, our T&C shows that you can't get refunded.
When I tried how to find out a way to cancel, I was charged an additional 6.99 when I clicked on this green button that I wanted to find out more.
Now I'm fighting with Paypal trying to get my money back but I probably won't. Just like others on here, I'm probably going to have to call my credit card company and block future payments.

Preys on neurodivergent people to scam them out of their money.

I have been emailing this company for three weeks, well before my “free trial” period ended and the unbeknownst subscription for $39.99 started. I paid $1.99 for a report and it had no mention that I would be entering a subscription period. However, I am used to companies working this way and was immediately concerned upon purchase so I have emailed 3 different contacts with this company on a regular basis to try to sort the issue out. No response, no response, no response. It wasn’t until AFTER I was charged the $39.99 (7 days after my $1.99 charge) that they responded with a link to cancel my subscriptions moving forward. While I did that and have successfully (hopefully) cancelled, I have been continuing to email them to ask for a refund since I have three weeks worth of emails at this point and even some before my subscription started asking to cancel and for a refund.

I have not heard anything from them. This company is a scam and what is really genuinely sad is they are preying on neurodivergent people who already have limited answers about how their brains work to screw them over for a fake $1.99 autism report that turns into a $39.99 monthly subscription. Unfortunately for them, I am incredibly neurodivergent and will not stop until this matter is solved. I will continue hounding them until I am able to dispute the charge in January 2026 with PayPal. Long story short, don’t fall for their stupid ads unless you have the energy to fight for a refund and to force them to make it right. This is wrong on so many levels.

Scam!!

Scam!!! No where on the website does it outline that you are agreeing to a monthly subscription of $39.99 USD by purchasing a $1.5 quiz. There is also no clear way to cancel the subscription or contact customer support

I'm so pissed.

Just like everyone else, I took the autism assessment quiz (which didn't even give me any real insights) and got charged just by one click except I'm in Canada so it was $2.84 CAD, and then I hit another button and BOOM, $8.50 CAD... what the hell. Then I got charged $57.40 CAD days later for a reoccurring subscription that I never consented to.

But don't worry ya'll, I reported them to the FTC. They actually operate in Lithuania, not the US like they claim to. They are 100000% a scam and I hope to see them crumble. I sent them an email warning them that they're under federal watch. Ugh, what a waste.

Avoid these scammers at all costs

Edited to add- oh look, interesting how they suddenly have a few good reviews popped up. Scammers scamming again.

30th July
Woke up this morning to a £31.21 payment to this company from which I purchased a £1.50 quiz for. No, I did not agree to a subscription. No, I did not agree to a payment. The company only respond with an automated reply
“ Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, accessible in our terms and (link), we regret to inform you that a refund for cases like these are not applicable as per our policy terms.

Should you require any further assistance or have questions about our services, please feel free to reach out. We strive to ensure our customers' experiences are positive and valuable.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Best regards,

Olivia”

I managed to unsubscribe from them, they did finally send me an unsubscribe link where you have to enter your email and then receive a code.

I have raised the payment with PayPal and blocked any further payments from this account by my bank.

What a stressful morning I’ve had.
What a disgusting company praying on neurodivergent people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
SCAMMERS

This is a scam

This is a scam. I paid 1.99 and they've taken 39.99 out my bank , of which I did not sign up for. There is no indication on the website that this will happen and mo where to unsubscibe from this.
I have contacted customer support and had no reply.
Please avoid at all costs! I am a single parent and that 39.99 was my food bill money for the week!
Disgusting service.

Watch out - This is a scam

This is a scam. I paid $1.99USD for a one off online assessment. And suddenly found I was being charged $39.99USD weekly for some kind of subscription that I did not want nor had I signed up for it.
I contacted customer service who simply replied to my email that no refund was available. I asked again and got the same reply. No explanation or concern. This is a scam website.

If I could give him ZERO stars I would

If I could give him ZERO stars I would. This is nothing but a scam. I agreed to a $1.99 test and they charged me and additional $5.99 the same day. Then this morning they charged me $39.99 for a subscription I never signed up for. I've spent countless hours talking to their "support team" trying to cancel a subscription I never agreed to. Only to be told to go to the website, click on a link and I'll get a verification code and will be able to cancel my subscription. I've done that probably 25 times and have NEVER received the code. Such scammers..............run fast and run far away from these scammers.
