Bloomique shipped my Heuchera ‘Palace Purple’ in an unacceptable condition. The plants arrived wrapped in plastic bags with no air holes, and the compost was completely waterlogged. One plant was clearly dead on arrival and the other two were severely damaged and barely viable. This was not normal “transit stress” – the packaging and handling appear to have contributed to suffocation and rot.

Order: 300065833. I have photos showing the condition on arrival. I contacted customer service and have not received a meaningful response yet.

We have ordered a DELIVERED christmas tree and have been home for THAT reason. Their socalled partner has NOT been at the door, but has just send an email, that the tree can be picked up. THE REASON WE ordered the tree was not to carry it ! When you contact BOL they just put it on their socalled partners Bloomique. Ive not done a purchase with their partners, but with BOL.
And yes we after waiting a whole weekend received and email, from your so-called partner, which just blaims it on DPD, we as customers are making a transaction with BOL. Not anyone else. And to partner, just refuses, and says we can pick it up. Would we have been at home an ENTIRE DAY?! If we would have that possibility!
