Never received my order, its been over a month. I have emailed them 3 times with no reply. The tracking still says processing a month later, when I was supposed to receive it within 7-10 days after ordering. Very disappointing.....
I ordered Bloom collagen and got Kriath brand which was not what was advitised on the website. Have used 5 bottles and followed the on-site free instructions and guides and it has not made one bit of difference to my dog. Waste of money.
The product did not agree with my Australian Shepard and caused her gastro distress. We had to take her off of the product because of this. I talked to Carla via email and she responded quickly and frequently to resolve my issue. She provided excellence in customer service and understanding and completely and thoroughly resolved my issue with the product.
I purchased 5 of the Kriath collagen for dogs x 3. Out of purchasing and taking to my vet, it was advised I did not give it to my dog as there was an ingredients that my dog could not have. When I reached out to Bloompet to see about returning them. They immediately got back to me and stated that it was gonna cost more to return them and offered me a percentage back. Told me to go ahead and keep them and gave me an idea of donating them as they are all unopened. I appreciate their guidance and direction with what to do with the product as I cannot use it and I also appreciate them giving me a percentage of my money back.
