I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience purchasing our new home with Bloor Homes in Congleton.

I actually reserved a plot a couple of years back which didn’t work out but right from that very first interaction, I was incredibly impressed.

2 years on and there’s still no high-pressure sales tactics or hard sell techniques used, which made the buying journey feel comfortable and transparent from day one.

Throughout the entire process, Damon and Julie dealt with us and were fantastic. They are both genuinely lovely, approachable, and professional people who made us feel incredibly well looked after.

A special mention has to go to how hard they worked to get us into the property as quickly as possible. They truly went above and beyond to ensure there were no delays and that our move in went smoothly.

It completely took the stress out of the final stretch.

The outstanding customer service from Damon and Julie, combined with the excellent quality of the home, has made this a brilliant experience. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Bloor Homes Congleton to anyone.

Having purchased a house through the assisted move at Harlestone park we couldn’t be happier with how our experience went. Faye, Antonio and Khushi were very professional and communicated every step of the way with us and answered any queries we may have had and gave us all the advice that we wanted. They even held a meet the neighbours event at the sales office over christmas which gave people on the new estate a chance to say hi and get to know each other a bit which i think was a great touch on an overall excellent experience. We can’t thank them or the site team enough for making our home a reality

Sales staff could not have been more helpful. Particularly Rawail and Damon at the start of the process guiding us through all the forms. We would like to thank them both. After we moved in Paul and Hayley have taken over and have been good at sorting out the minor problems.
Jamie and Liam have resolved issues in a timely and professional way. The good humor and friendly approach in all our dealings with them has greatly assisted in us settling into our lovely new Bloor home.

My partner and I recently completed on our first home with Bloor at their Brambles site in Long Lawford on 12th June. From our initial visit to view the homes available, through to reserving, choosing our options, watching the progress of the build and finally completing, the whole process was smooth and straightforward.

The sales team (Paul, Mandy and Damon) have been incredibly helpful throughout, and we have already been recommending them to friends and family. We are absolutely delighted with our new home, and any issues we have encountered have been resolved promptly and efficiently.

Overall, we have had a fantastic experience and are so pleased with our decision to buy with Bloor.

We had a fantastic experience with the Bloor sales team at the Saxon Park development. We were looking for a 4-bedroom home, and Christian was particularly helpful in guiding us through the available options and helping us find the right property for our needs.

Both Christian and Lyndsey were extremely supportive throughout the entire process. They were patient, attentive to our requirements, and provided valuable advice when selecting upgrades for our new home.

The Saxon Park development, in Desborough, made the process easy for us and were extremely helpful. We always knew what was happening and the turn around time of us reserving, to the completion day, was less than a month! This is due to our brilliant sales advisor, Christian, who kept everyone involved informed. We love our new home!

Honestly cannot recommend Bloor enough. From the moment we went to see the site at Suttonfields, we know that where we wanted to be. The team there were absolutely fantastic, Sue is singlehandedly the reason we are where we are today, so kind and welcoming, knowledgeable and thoughtful, we will forever be grateful for the part she played in our journey. Hannah is fantastic too, helping us work out what worked for us in terms of extras etc. Both just and absolute credit to their company.

We’ve been in our new home at The Meadows, Cullompton for just over three weeks now and are absolutely delighted with our purchase.

From our very first visit, Kate and Maisie were fantastic throughout the entire sales process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Their communication and support from reservation through to completion were excellent.

A special thank you also goes to Kate and Maisie for patiently putting up with our many visits to the show home while we were making our decision! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they always took the time to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really helped us feel confident that we were making the right choice.

We are particularly impressed with the layout of our home. The design has been very well thought out, making great use of the space and creating a home that is both practical and comfortable for everyday living.

Like any new-build home, we’ve had a few snagging items that needed attention, but these are currently being addressed and the team has been responsive and helpful throughout the process. It’s reassuring to see that customer care continues after moving in.

Overall, our experience with Bloor Homes has been very positive, and we would happily recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for a high-quality new home in a great location. Thank you to Kate, Maisie, and the wider team for helping us settle into our new home.

I am extremely satisfied with the after-sales and warranty service provided by Bloor Homes. The entire process was well organised, responsive, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
The technician who attended my home was highly skilled, professional, and meticulous in his workmanship. He carried out the remedial works with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the effort made to protect my home during the work, minimising dust and avoiding unnecessary mess or disruption wherever possible.
Most of the issues have now been successfully resolved, and I am very pleased with the overall outcome. I would like to thank Bloor Homes and their team for delivering such a high standard of customer care and service.

Where do I begin what an amazing crew Faye ,Kushi and Antonio , Callum and of course the notorious Rick the site manager these people are a credit to your company from the initial meeting Faye and Kushi they have been amazing nothing too much trouble , no hard selling just listening accommodating and going over and above board to make this a magical experience and making the whole buying a new home amazing 🤩 5 star team who deserve all the awards out there well done guys & girls 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
