I think claiming a test to be free and then charging for results is deceptive and scummy. HOWEVER, everyone who says it doesn't disclose that it's a subscription just wasn't paying attention. If you g... See more

Clicked on a link to take a test, which was not super long but reasonably lengthy... only to be asked for a payment to get the result. Obvious scam.

Was quick, but taking too long to get my results, and trying too hard to sell me additional materials.

It said the test was free then said I had to pay for results. Like most websites like this do.

Advertises itself as a “free quiz”, however after you spend time completing the questions, only then are you told you have to pay to access the results. The company says the quiz itself is free to take, which is technically true, but I personally find this to be misleading. You would expect a free quiz to give you free results. I understand that the idea is to lead people in with a “free” quiz, get them to spend time and effort completing the questions, then convince them to pay so they can access their full results instead of having just wasted their time, however I think it would be more honest and less frustrating for customers to be upfront at the start about the fact this is a paid service/subscription. Additionally, others’ experiences with this site suggest that you are lured in with an initial small charge to access your test results, then signed up to a much more expensive recurring subscription which is difficult to cancel, without the site making this clear initially.
I can’t comment on the test results or any paid services provided by the site since I didn’t pay/sign up, maybe they are detailed and worth the money, I don’t know. It’s not entirely clear what other services are provided, aside from the test results, in exchange for the ongoing monthly subscription though. But I do feel that it is deceptive to advertise a quiz as free, only reveal that you must pay to access results after people have invested time and effort into a “free” quiz, and then not make it obvious that a small initial payment is actually signing up to a recurring subscription. It seems like an attempt to lure people into paying for a subscription without realising.

I don't know who these people are or what they do but they are taking money from my bank account and I don't know why.

I get an ad to take a one dollar political test. I thought yeah OK I can do that. I specifically click the box on the website that said I only want my one dollar test results and I do not want a subscription. And now three months later multiple emails and attempts to cancel and they've now taken $90 of my money and I still can't cancel my subscription. I thought I did it two times already. They don't have a real customer service hotline only a robot on the phone. And I've left them multiple emails to try to get in contact and there's nothing I can do. I don't think I've ever been this upset with a company on the Internet. If I were you, I would not give this company any of your money.
