I didnt like the questions - some were too simplistic without nuance and others i agree d with part of the question, but not all of it. Questions that stated X AND Y = A - I often agreed with X OR Y... See more

Yet another misleading trick into monthly payments. I signed up in a huge burnout considering a career change. They know exactly what they're doing and they wouldn't have to do it if they were just a good company and product.
Extra star because they dont add too many obstacles to cancelling

Beware: I paid $1.95 to take a quiz, and then in the fine print they signed me up for a subscription. When I tried to cancel, the link they sent took me to a page saying it was inaccessible and that I was blocked. I’ll have to dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Reply from Blossomup
it's a scam. They take money from you after 7 days of doing the questionnaire.
At the very bottom of the email they send they mentioned a membership will be started.
Then I wasted two hours try to find how to cancel the service.
Two hours of life wasted, this company is a scam.

Total scam experience.
Took part of a very long personality test for $1.95, But did not finish the test. Was charged $1.95l.
Then, a week later $29.95 pops up on my phone and I cannot cancel because I do not have a membership.
Bank says I have to contact this merchant.

Please note they have now refunded me after I contacted my bank to block payments -
I’m very careful what I sign up for but somehow with this I ended up paying £25 a month for three months. No notification that you were being charged, wasn’t able to cancel the account. Kept charging even though I blocked via my bank.
I’ve now managed to find a cancellation option but had to click through 5/6 screens to finally cancel. Fingers crossed it worked this time.
Very upsetting experience.

this is a scam - i can only imagine all positive reviews are fake, paid for etc.. via fake accounts. Pay little for a 'test' a few days later be hit with bigger charges - because they hide it is a subscription - HIDE that fact. to cancel subscription you need your account / log in inforatin which is never sent in the first place, to message customer support you need account information, which you never received - auto cancel on thier website is a caveat - if we have your email we will send info on how to cancel - however, i entered botth emails i use, and nothing came through. I have to contaxt the bank to dispute charges and prevent further charges. Buyer beware.

Very unclear you are going to be charged more than the initial 2.95. You see the email and it says 2.95 and you think that’s fine. And then at the bottom out of initial view it says we will charge you 44.95 in 7 days if you don’t cancel. I would never use them again and I will be more cautious of any of these little click bait surveys

Keep away at all times. They are nothing but dodgy scamming criminals. Alot of people including myself have constantly gotten charged €25 by this site even though we arent subscribed and there isnt even a cancel subscription button either. The site is bad news and id avoid all costs. If you are so desperate to know your love language or an IQ test, seek a therapist or a psychiatrist. Trust me.

I filled in a survey to give info on personal political leaning. It was a really interesting give minute questionnaire, thought provoking questions too. I got to the end of it and it asks for £1.95 for your analysis. I paid it out of genuine interest. What you get is very subpar. There's more about a general breakdown of political terminology than giving you a tailor made breakdown. BUT ANYWAY...
I went to logout as you have to create a profile and out of interest explored the settings... Only to find "next payment for £26.00 on (four weeks away). This is highly deceptive. It's not a one off payment, it turns out to be £1.95 for seven day full features... Then a MONTHLY subscription plan. I have cancelled but it took EIGHT different screens to finally cancel, with a mix of "are you sure, because..." then "a bunch of special offers and extended trials"... And they've been very shady as if you didn't pay attention, you'd maybe think one of them was the final cancellation.
At no point in the survey when it asked for a one off payment, did it say anything about a trial... Or ask of you want to start one. This is a near step towards theft. Utterly disgraceful

I signed up for a simple "personality quiz". A few weeks later my card is frozen and I have to call the bank fraud detection services. I know I cancelled it right away, but have no proof so I have to tell them yes it was me. Go back in and cancel. First if you try to go into your account to do it, you're blocked for 'security protocols' so I go in the other way to do it ..10! 10 pop-ups after you try to cancel "but wait here's 50% off" type of thing, ten of them came up before it let me cancel. Awful site, super predatory and they should be shut down.

Underhanded method to sign you up for subscription without making this clear. Avoid! Got sucked in to a quiz I thought was free, then charged £1.95 for the results that was pitched as a one-off payment. Paid because I was annoyed I’d wasted 20+ mins doing the career quiz and wanted to know the results, but at no point was it clear I was signing up for membership. Now, 7 days later, I’ve been changed £24.95 subscription free and had to create an account just to try and cancel it. So annoyed at myself for falling for this scam.
Update: I’d post screenshots of emails if that option was available, but instead pasting the confirmation email in full, as BlossomUp have replied saying it’s all made clear in communications…

I then started getting daily emails with personal growth challenges, which I deleted because I didn’t want them, and I thought they were spamming me with loads of emails now they had my email address, so unsubscribed after 2 or 3 days and thought they was the end of it.
So to be fair to BlossomUp, they did mention the subscription in one email (which I missed) but it still feels like it was a sneaky way to sign me up to more than I thought, with the hope that I wouldn’t notice, and I’m annoyed at myself for getting sucked in and wasting money.

This website is so shady. I authorized a payment of no more than $1 and a couple cents to take a single quiz, and that apparently signed me up for a subscription that was very unclear. I did everything in my power to cancel it; I emailed a couple times, and i entered every email i had to get cancelation instructions that were never sent. The only thing that pushed these morons to reply was when I got my bank involved. And they didn’t reply in regular gmail, they replied in MAIL. Don’t trust this site, they just want to take advantage of and steal from people. They purposefully make things convoluted and difficult so that they can scrape as much money out of you as possible. Their customer service is non-existent unless you’ve gotten your bank involved. Super scummy that their targets are people with mental health issues. Just be careful doing ANYTHING on this website because if you accidentally get signed up for a subscription, your best chances are opening a claim with your bank and getting a new card. These people will never reply unless they have to.

SCAM - you pay a nominal amount for a quick report but the don’t tell you that you are subscribed - only to find over £24 taken out of your bank.
This is clearly a recurrent issue, because there are numerous references to it when you ask to cancel your ‘subscription’.
This is despicable sharp practice.!

Paid a one off fee for quiz results, just happened to see a notification banner pop up on my phone of Blossomup taking £24.99 out of my account, when I look into it it’s not the first there was another 3 weeks ago. I did not agree to any subscription, nor did I receive any email with a confirmation or notification of a supposed 7 days trial of something ending! Doesn’t show my end as a subscription so I am unable to cancel it. I have contacted them, let’s see if I hear back with a refund! If not I will let me bank handle it! Be ware people!

Update: After several emails, the support team was responsive and canceled my subscription. They employ a third party security service that was aggressive in their security, which made for a difficult experience canceling. Because of their respectful responsiveness and explaining this, I am updating the rating and review.
Scam! Tried to cancel and they blocked me! Do NOT subscribe or take any of their tests!

I would put zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. They will not contact you or respond. It is almost impossible to get a hold of the customer service. When you try to cancel an account, they send you links that don’t work. Complete scam to steal your money. They will start charging you $30 on your credit card without telling you that they are going to do that. Then make it impossible to cancel. There is no actual phone number to contact anyone.

I did an IQ test via facebook and after spending so much time answering questions, I stupidly felt compelled to pay the £1.95 to see my results. It mentioned a monthly subscription charge of £29.99 too but said I could cancel at any time. I paid the £1.95 via Google pay and went back to cancel my subscription. Low and behold I got kicked off the website and then couldnt login back in to cancel. It says my email address isn't recognised despite me getting an email from them woth my results and monthly subscription info to the same email. Ive seen some really worrying things about this company online and now im panicking about getting scammed and charged. Ive emailed them but also going to contact my bank to cancel that end and if I have much hassle, ill be contacted actionfraud also.

While test itself was interesting and results were good, 1* for deeply malicious practices which are effectively scam. It is not a one-off payment as it's indicated on purchase page but instead it's setting up an expensive subscription.
If you fell for it, go to account page and cancel asap.

Predatory practices. There is an addition charge after 7 days that you will only notice if you carefully read the email with the $2.95 fee. They charged me at day 6 so I cancelled immediately (before Day 7). They do not respond and the automated cancel immediately included another 30 days. They also threaten if you dispute the charge with your credit card company they will not issue you a refund (which they do not do anyway). Clearly this company chooses to make money off of hurting their clients which is unfortunate as they may actually have reasonable services. Shame on you blossom. Providing a service at a reasonable fee without predatory practices would be a huge upgrade.

This company is a complete and total scam you pay for the results of one test and without them telling you they sign you up for a subscription and make it impossible to unsubscribe had to cancel my whole card and get a new one to stops the £25 payments don’t trust this website they are scammers
