I didnt like the questions - some were too simplistic without nuance and others i agree d with part of the question, but not all of it. Questions that stated X AND Y = A - I often agreed with X OR Y... See more

Deceptive! You are automatically signed up for a subscription that renews at $29.95 per month unless you actively make the effort to cancel. I HAD NO IDEA about this when I nonchalantly bought my quiz results for $1.95 with a quick click using ApplePay. Must be in fine fine print! Buyer beware!!!!

I received an unexpected charge of €30 - I initially bought a one time service for €1,95 and a few weeks later €30 were deducted from my account (“extension” of subscription). I eventually received a refund within the same day (don’t expect this exact speed as your bank also plays a role). If you are in this situation i highly recommend to find the email that you used when purchasing the initial service, then file a refund request and make sure to use that exact email on it while clearly following the given steps by BlossomUp to maximise your chance of receiving the refund. After you filed the refund MAKE SURE to cancel your subscription using that email again. If you cannot find those forms then please search on the internet instead of trying to figure it out on your own.

HUGE SCAM they pull you into a subscription with no clear signs and make it as hard as possible to cancel the subscription, and you have to send them multiple forms of ID to delete your account and data, DO NOT USE IT

This is a scam. You think you only pay for your report, but you also pay for their hidden automated subscription for an €30. They basically make profit on people who didn't notice or forgot to cancel the subscription.

That’s where the real trouble started. Within a week, I noticed my bank card had been charged again, this time for much more. I hadn’t agreed to a plan, I hadn’t clicked anything that looked like a subscription — and yet BlossomUp had me locked in. Trying to cancel was like running in circles. Their “help” page gave me nothing, their support inbox might as well have been abandoned, and the so-called cancel button was useless.
The worst part? The “results” I eventually got after that first payment were laughable. They could have been written for absolutely anyone. Empty compliments stitched together to look meaningful, but completely generic. At that moment, I realized the quiz was just bait. The whole site is built around one goal: to quietly drain money from people who were only looking for a bit of fun.
Looking back, I’m less upset about the money and more about how calculated the whole thing feels. It’s not an accident, it’s a business model — hide the trap under bright designs and friendly words, then keep charging until someone notices.
If anyone asks me about BlossomUp, I won’t call it a test or even a game. I’ll call it what it is: a manipulative scam in disguise. Don’t let the soft colors fool you — there’s nothing gentle about watching your bank account get chipped away by a trick like this.

Scam! Avoid at all costs. Duped into paying 1.95 and then they charge you for a recurring subscription which THEY WON'T LET YOU CANCEL. They send you a 'cancellation link' which is expired literally seconds after you request it. All other attempts to cancel lead to a dead end. Their chatbots send you the same dead links, and their phone service just either directs you to email or the same dead cancellation link.
I have reported them to the FTC, my state attorney general and will be disputing the charges with my bank and taking further legal action unless I hear from them that my subscription is cancelled.

A pretty good test although you have to pay at the end which isn’t mentioned before. Only £2 which I paid for, the worst part is they tried taking £24.95 out my bank today, luckily my card was blocked. I then had to cancel a subscription I didn’t even know I had!

Reply from Blossomup
Ok but don't charge my card again! Cancel my membership.

Scam! Stupidly paid money on a quiz type Facebook post. Today I learnt more money was taken from my account. Visited the site and was able to cancel a subscription service I had not agreed to be part of!

I am trying to cancel my subscription. This is nonsense. Nobody nis available and the "link they send" never arrives. RIP OFF!

Reply from Blossomup
Just trying it out. I will review my result when ready. Having now reviewed it, I wish to cancel my subscription.

Good test challenging. Should talk about subscription and how to easily cancel it

Minus one star!
Automatically signed up to a subscription, but making it very difficult to cancel. Don't send the promised email with cancellation form. Very quick to respond to my contact form, but just told me to do what had already failed.
Disgusting business practices! I'm STILL trying to cancel.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not a testing service – it's a subscription trap wearing the costume of an IQ test. I paid for what I understood to be a single test and was enrolled in a hidden subscription that kept billing me for a "service" I never wanted, never knowingly ordered, and that nobody would voluntarily renew. That's not carelessness – that's a deliberate revenue model based on deceiving trusting customers.
One more warning: taking the test behind a VPN is no problem – but try to cancel your "subscription" and you'll conveniently run into an error that only disappears once you expose your genuine IP. Write to them from your registered address, and they'll demand additional personal details to confirm your identity:
“Please reply to this email and include:
- A copy of a government-issued ID (you may redact ID numbers), and
- Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).”
Make no mistake: this isn't customer verification, it's data harvesting – every step of the process seems engineered to extract more information from you than they'd ever legitimately need. Use disposable mail aliases for such sites, and assume anything you hand over ends up in a profile you'll never get deleted.
My partner’s gmail account did the only right thing from the start: place their mails in the spam folder (only deletion could have been more appropriate)...

This company signed me up for a regular payment of 24pounds 95p without my realizing. I just answered an on line quiz question and paid a tiny sum to get rlthe answer. I advise anyone involved with Blossom up to take extra care! I have managed to cancel future payments, but I would really like a refund

SCAM COMPANY
They will sneak you onto a monthly membership if you order anything. This is misleading. When you try to cancel your account they don’t send you an email to do so (they say they will send an email to cancel you membership via)

simple test with great results
i dont like that the fees to get them are recurring and force you to cancel them

Reply from Blossomup
Personally this is a great experience at first i thought AI was checking who i was because it’s insanely accurate the advice is pretty much accurate to things I’ve already doing and done and it’s very easy to cancel subscription
