I didnt like the questions - some were too simplistic without nuance and others i agree d with part of the question, but not all of it. Questions that stated X AND Y = A - I often agreed with X OR Y... See more

Complete fraud.
You think you're paying a dollar or two for a fun test. What you don't know is that you are signing up for $30 per month forever. Cancellation sound easy on their site, but does not work.
Blossomup pretends an apology but none of their proposed solutions work. (No doubt as intended.) Again, this is a complete fraud.
Blossomup claims not to recognize my e-mail and offers other ways to cancel. Tried them all. When calling, you cannot get a person, but instead a link that directs you to the same on line cancelation that does not work. Sending a reset e-mail and giving them (yet again) a live e-mail address results in nothing at all. "Chatting" always says it's offline if you want to discuss cancellation.
Again: Warning this site is purely fraudulent and must hire bots to write its reviews.

Horrendous experience. I had no way to cancel my ‘subscription service’, when I contacted the customer service with all my information and asked that they cancel my subscription they requested my bank statements as they apparently could not find my account. I have never been asked to provide bank statements to cancel a subscription service. And why would a subscription change monthly- they would always charge £25 then when they couldn’t get that from my bank account they would charge my account various amounts- £12, £17 etc, they also did for this every month for about 5 months even if they were unable to collect a payment. Usually if your payment does not go through your subscription is stopped. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS IT IS A SCAM

They snuck in a $30 monthly charge on top of their ~$3 initial fee without explicitly telling me. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. It's impossible to do. I've read from many that they have had a very hard time cancelling their subscription as well. Please DON'T engage with this company -- they're scammers.

SCAM ALERT! Do not use this app!
Did a voter quiz. You go through 10 minutes of questions. Then it says you have to pay $2 for the results. So of course you feel invested and pay the $2. The results are dumb and worthless. Then a couple weeks later you get a $30 charge for a subscription. I never agreed to this. It was never clear there would be a subscription. They make it sound like a one time $2 thing, and then charge you hoping you won't notice. The cancellation process is hot garbage. You can't just cancel. They send you a link, but they don't tell you what email they sent the link to. I have multiple email addresses so here I am waiting for the cancellation confirmation email, not knowing it's a different email I rarely check. There is no notification on the screen saying you entered an email that they don't have on file. They just hope you wait and forget and get charged again. I disputed the charge with my bank, the bank blocked the charge, and then days later BlossumUp charged me again. This company is a scam, the employees and owners should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS BS.

Was advertised as a free quiz, the quiz was fine but turned out to 2.96 euro which they tell you at the end of a 100 question quiz. Like an idiot I paid it only to be automatically added to a 30 euro per month subscription. It took 20 minutes to cancel the subscription due to their website making it purposefully difficult. I then tried to delete my account which they are refusing to do unless I give them my drivers licence and proof of address. I am an EU citizen and as they are providing a service within the EU they must adhere to article 17 of GDPR laws. So far they are still refusing, this is illegal and they are scammers.

Oringinal post: This is a scam. Pay a small fee for a quiz result and get charged 39.95. a month.
i am not getting results right now trying to get them to stop it.
POST note - blossomup reached out and corrected the problem. i am now refunded unwanted charges and unsubscribed. They resolved the issue from this Trust Pilot Post! Good for them. Grateful. the small print needs to be very upfront and visible.

THIS IS A SCAM. Yes, I took a personality test, because my husband & I were going on an annual yearly planning & marriage retreat. I paid the $1.95 for the results of the personality test. I did see something about a subscription, and I cancelled it immediately after receiving my test results. But what I didn't catch was that they DID NOT CANCEL IT AND CONTINUED charging me $29.95 every few weeks for a SUBSCRIPTION. From January through June. Excuse me?! I'm embarrassed that I didn't see the charges earlier. Also, what in the world would the subscription be for?! I didn't receive anything more than the results of one personality test that was paid for at the time of the test. They stole almost $400 from me. I had to close my credit card to stop the charges, and I've reported this company to the BBB, and I urge other users to use caution.

I had fun time filling out the survey and got an interesting report. While they asked for an expensive membership that I did not want it was easy enough to cancel before the deadline. Now I have to see if I can download and save my report :-)

Reply from Blossomup
I was asked to complete a profile for a school program. I did not elect to get a membership. I had no notification of an upcoming charge for a membership. I happened to notice a change in a bank notification. It was not simple to cancel the membership. Honest companies proving a real service make their money providing the service NOT tricking people into a membership and making it difficult to cancel .

i specifically searched for free iq tests with no registration oe email required, and i thought this sites search result said free. but after putting in at least a half hour on their stupid questions i saw that i needed $1.95 for the results. i actually considered sending it until i saw that you have to spend 25 or 30 dollars per month on a subscription. everyone knows how hard it is to cancel these payments. these scam sites are all the same! anyone with a high iq will avoid these scams.

They are scammers! I did an IQ test and they wanted me to pay 1 euro which I did! But then they subscribed me to their monthly thing for almost 30 euros without notifying me. I tried to cancel multiple times and they said they would send a confirmation email, which I never got! Absolutely avoid them, and contact your bank as soon as possible for your safety.

explains well ,just don’t forget to cancel subscription

Website takes you though questions, then asks for small payment to see results. Does not make clear that you'll be charged £25 in four weeks unless you cancel.
Cancelling takes multiple steps and requires you to click a link in an email they send you rather than having a one click cancellation.
Very scummy tactics and as such I would avoid

Very much dislike when companies are deceptive when it comes to payment. Conducted a survey and paid £2 for results. Little did I know I was signing up for subscription to their useless website. Something I never was told about or given consent to sign up to. Only just been able to cancel. Down £24 because of their deceptive payment methods. I won’t be using their services again.

BEWARE! Looks innocent but it is a rouse to get your creditcard details and take £25 per month. The report is simplictic psychobabble. Once you cancel on line you have to confirm via email, or you will conitnue to be charged. Once you cancel they offer you an 80% discount.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Was signed up for a subscription without consent and they won’t let me cancel. Going to have to go through my bank now.

This was an interesting experience. I initially left a very negative TP review, which I have now deleted. I “accidentally” subscribed for their renewable subscription service, thinking I was paying £2 once-off for a test. I signed up through apple pay, and then could not find the test, as somehow Apple Pay used an ancient email address Inhad not used for 20 years. Then the £25 a month charges started popping up. When I tried to cancel, they told me they could not find my userid. So that is the bad news. I was convinced they were a dreadful scam, for the some reasons some other users note.
HOWEVER, the customer service at BlossomUp (a young man called Romeo) was quick, genuinely responsive and trying to help, and in the end, he did cancel the subscription and refund the money. So there *is* a genuine company here, with proper products, and genuine, respectful and responsibe customer support - often not the case with software companies. I would say that, as long as you know you are signing up for a monthly subscription, it is a legitimate business and worth doing business with. But there are clearly up-front issues with cost transparency (as others note on TP), mitigated by good people who apparently do care about customers. So, a mixed picture. If I wanted this type of service, I would use them (but perhaps not through Apple Pay).

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the website just keeps stating oops page not found, in essence you've signed up for a monthly bill (I only booked it for the week trial) and now there is no way to cancel it

Crooked operation. Take their "free" test and find out it costs a couple bucks. They then started charging my card $30/month even though I have no account and I never got a single email from them. As you might imagine with crooks, you can't get in touch with a real person. Had to cancel a credit card because of these bastards.

Reply from Blossomup
This is a SCAM. They tell you it costs just £1.95. What they don't say is that they will then charge your card £24.95 twice monthly forever. And if you try to cancel, they make it almost impossible. It's just endless runarounds. I finally had to get my bank to block them, because they make cancellation intentionally difficult.
These are financial scammers. They should be sued into bankruptcy.
