I didnt like the questions - some were too simplistic without nuance and others i agree d with part of the question, but not all of it. Questions that stated X AND Y = A - I often agreed with X OR Y... See more

Try to cancel membership and they continue to take payments. Challenged this with bank and this useless company. Such scam!!

It’s another scam that offers a free test, makes you waste your time doing it, then it charges you to get your results and automatically signs you up to their subscription and will start charging you if you don’t know to cancel it. False advertising.

I would have given NO STARS but that wasn't an option. I stupidly signed up for a $2 personality test, hadn't read the small print. Then they started taking their monthly subscription of £24.99p/m . I immediately realised my mistake and cancelled my subscription Dec 2025. But from March 2026 they started taking the money again. And in April. In the end, I spent hours on the phone with my bank to stop to it. If you google Blossomup, many others have the same issue. The only thing to is cancel your card and get a new one. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM
Update: Now I'm on Trustpilot, they reply. Hmmmmm .... if I was the only one with these issues then their response would seem more sympathetic. But its not, they just don't want bad reviews
Update 2: in answer to their response: I have the email from BlossumUp on 8th Dec confirming the cancellation of my subscription. There is nowhere in their email that states it will resume in March. Do not believe a word they say

Do not complete anything that requires paying for. I completed a short quiz and paid £1.99
IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE THAT THIS WOULD BECOME A SUBSCRIPTION! THEY TRIED TO TAKE £24.98 BUT THANKFULLY THE ACCOUNT IS A SPARE AND HAD INSUFFICIENT FUNDS TO PAY THIS.
I attempted to login to my account but it claimed the login details were incorrect, I changed my password to try and access my account no success.
I have filled out multiple forms with no confirmation of my request to cancel.

They offer a cancellation service that doesn’t allow you to cancel. You cannot enter the site or login or get in touch. You get a site doesn’t exist page. And when you find a login page it won’t accept your login details or send you a reset. They are a scam and do not use. Absolute crap. You will need to block through your bank. Do it immediately.

This is a scam. They hoodwinked me with a $1.95 price tag that had a hidden $29.95 / month subscription and now I cannot cancel it and the website does not load. Complete fraud.

Impossible to cancel the description with deceptive billing practices

Not happy with their test, questions are vague and I didnt find the results too useful. But thats not the worst part. Ok, I paid £2 to get the results, thats fine but why do they create an account for me and sign me up to a monthly subscription I never asked for??? It was easy to cancel the subscription, just went to the account they created for me without my permission however its impossible to delete the account. You need to click on a link to request deletion and they send you an email to confirm your request was received and in order to delete the account, they ask for you to send a photo ID and an utility bill to confirm you're the account holder!!!!! Shocking!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!

It’s a scam. I did a quiz for £1.95, or that’s what I thought…
I then review my bank account to find they’ve been taking regular payments from my account for months. I have tried everything to cancel the subscription I had unwittingly signed up to by doing the quiz but it has been impossible. They make out that it is easy to unsubscribe, but from my experience it’s impossible. I have followed all the instructions meticulously and you just can’t do it.
I have gone to my bank to block payments but I would also like a refund for all of the months I have been paying for absolutely nothing. I would also like to unsubscribe.
Finally, I can see, from reading various people’s comments on the internet, that I am a drop in the ocean. It’s a scam, don’t fall for it.

Rather not have to be signed up and have to cancel.

Scam. Keeps charging your card, and seems impossible to cancel. Thinking of taking them to court.

Traps you into a subscription that you didn’t know you signed up to and is impossible to cancel

This website is a scam - I paid for a £1.95 IQ test and was unknowingly signed up to a subscription now costing me £24.95 per month - there is no way to cancel on their website - they ask for an email address to email cancellation instructions and no such email is sent. The alternative is they ask you for your account number (which I don't have as I never signed up for an account) and all my bank details which surprisingly I will not be sending as will likely then be scammed out of more money. I've been left with no alternative but to cancel my card to avoid future charges - do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!!!!!

The company tried to sucker me into a high monthly subscription and made it hard to cancel. So dishonest. The test is based on pseudoscience. It tells you things about your personality based on information you give them, just recycling the information.

I signed up believing this was a one-time test. At no point was it made sufficiently clear that I was entering a subscription. I have now paid £58 for a single test.
Attempting to cancel was a gauntlet — I was presented with roughly six consecutive "No thanks" screens, including an offer to continue at half price. You don't design a cancellation flow like that unless retaining accidental subscribers is part of the business model.
The product may work. The business practices do not. Avoid.

They automatically sign you up to a subscription of around £25 per month (for what, exactly, I will never know...), and you need to read the tiny print in the confirmation email to know you have been signed up and make sure you cancel before your are charged. I suspected something like this when paying for my test results, and looked for anything suggesting it was an ongoing subscription but did not see any sign of it. These sneaky tactics completely overshadowed any modest benefit I gained from having taken the quiz and got the results.

Easy to complete questionnaire quick results $1.95 to see it and cancel anytime. Good quality price ratio

Reply from Blossomup
They don’t say it’s a paywalled test until you spent 15 minutes completing it
They auto charge a subscription 40$ every 4 weeks WTF?
It’s super hard to cancel the subscription, need to close a million pop ups
Really a site to catch grandmas off guard and scam them… really should be illegal

This is a soft scam site that says you can buy your results for $1.95, then adds a $29.95 per month subscription to your card. The information is hidden at the bottom of one of the emails you get after you sign up, but it is not clear during the process. Since I didn't agree to it, I found the charge for $29.95 then had to search for the notification.
You can jump through some hoops to cancel the subscription you never agreed to, but getting a refund is harrowing. They ask for all of your bank information, including the banking institution and the type of account. That just seems like an added layer of scam, so I declined to fill out the form and had my bank dispute the charge.
It's an underhanded way to do business, such that even if their products were worth $30 a month, I wouldn't pay them for it.

I took the test then it told me that i have to pay 2€ cause i wanted to see my answer i did very misleading btw cause it looks free at first and you want to see your results and then after a few weeks they charged me 29.95€ and when i emailed them i didnt get an answer for 2 weeks they sent me on a goose chase and when i demanded i want to cancel the subscription they still charged me after claiming that they gave my money back and tried for months
