I didnt like the questions - some were too simplistic without nuance and others i agree d with part of the question, but not all of it. Questions that stated X AND Y = A - I often agreed with X OR Y... See more

Felt like a bit of a scam, took you through test then charge £1.95 for results which is fine but then when you pay it tells you it’s actually a subscription every month which they then make a number of steps and difficult to cancel. The test results are fairly generic. Despite it being a subscription it still wants £1.95 for every different test on top of the subscription price. Feels a lot of hassle and they should be clearer and more honest about pricing upfront.

3 month of trying to get any cancellation assistance. Finally had to file a fraud claim. if you put cancellation and password reset instruction on you site they should work.

They are a scam, you pay a small amount for a test but it puts you in a subscription that they make it impossible to cancel. Have reported to the fraud department if my bank.

SCAM. No way to get to cancel. I see the same thing from many others, I'm sure you've designed it this way. Why don't you be good boys and just cancel my subscription? You've gotten over $60 from me. I've tried to cancel using my email address, but it doesn't recognize my email address, surprise surprise. I see you're a group of Ukrainians, will you use my money for your war? Bottom line is, cancel my account that I can't get at to cancel so called subscription. I should be able to click a button that says cancel, and be done. You have this set up so to screw people. I will remove once you cancel my BS account, not before. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

It's a scam. Pretends to charge you €1.95, but you will get charged €29.95 after one week if you don't cancel that forced membership. Plus the cancellation process is made unnecessarily complicated, in order to prevent you from escaping their scheme. Last, you can find some identical political scales for free.

Dodgy. You do a quick quiz, pay a small amount like $2, and then BAM, they whack you on an expensive monthly subscription. Easy to cancel subscription but they're making it impossible to delete the actual account unless I provide government issued ID and proof of address (which were not needed to setup the account). So dodgy. Avoid.

I paid for a test but the results weren't worth paying for so I decided to get my money back. While working out how to do this I realised I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription also which it seemed I was able to cancel too and haven't been getting charged so that's good. They did also eventually say they would refund my test money too.
I see from their responses to others that the subscription is supposedly something you agree to during payment. My guess is that they bury it somewhere in the terms and conditions because they know people won't read those. Maybe technically legal but pretty scammy. Maybe they should think about making a test measuring honesty and ethics and then taking it themselves.

They trick you into taking these free tests and quizzes to gather all your information then tell you at the very end that you have to pay for your results. Then they charge you $2 so you can see your answers then turn around and charge you 30 a month without you knowing and making absolute pain in the ass to cancel. Just another money sucking scam site

Misleading website. I took the "free" online political test in Sweden. It took more than 15 minutes to complete - and while doing the test was certainly free - to get a result I had to pay! Not only that, but by making a payment I was automatically made a monthly subscriber. This I only found out by reading another review. I then had to log in. and actively
cancel the subscription.
Addendum;
I've read the response from Blossomup. Nice words, but please explain why the last 7 consecutive reviewers on Trustpilot's Swedish website all give the lowest rating and describe the same bad experience.

There was three accounts in the last month trying to take 30$ today 50$!!! Like four days ago and took !!!!!! 50three more days before I don’t know where in your terms and conditions that applies but I cannot cancel because there’s no subscriptions

If you want to waste 10 minutes on a quiz (it was a fun quiz- I’ll give them that) then get to the end only to be told you have to pay to see your results, then this is for you! If you do pay the $1.99, just know you may or may not get your results. You’ve also locked yourself into a subscription that automatically charges you $30/month. Unless you cancel your ‘trial’ before the deadline. Disappointing, scammy vibes, and a rip off if you get suckered in to paying for your results.

Easy multiple choice on controversial topics giving- in my opinion; a fairly accurate assessment on my political position in relation to the spectrum. Just be mindful of the auto monthly enrollment - had to cancel that in the portal else would of been auto subscribed which wasn't cool.

STOLEN MONEY
Bought one survey via instagram, I was never asked to enter anything other than my card details. They then ask me for my account details to cancel, but no account exists.
ABSOLUTE SCAM

I would not give even one star, they are a misleading company, they started taking money out of my account without authorisation, I had to cancel my bank card, very bad insincere marketing just out to make money and not care about people

Opted for a free online political quiz, which then required US$1.95 to view the results. I was interested so I paid, but did not realise that this initiated a one-month subscription for US$29.95 after 7 days. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR! Feels like a scam. It occured to me that it may happen, I only discovered the subscription had been set up when I logged into the account on my laptop. Trying to cancel the subscription on an iPhone was impossible because the screen did not allow you to click on the correct button... which feels like it was done deliberately. BEWARE OF SCAMS AND HIDDEN CHARGES!!!! The only way to cancel is by logging into the website version and cancel, but you are bombarded with many offers and indjucements first... beware!

Dodgy. Sly charges and awkward to cancel. Positive reviews look suspect. Familiar syntax etc. Avoid.

Another total scam the same as Tryinnerly .com You do an IQ test via instagram they charge a small amount for the result then you are knowingly subscribed at a charge of £29 a month which starts coming 2 weeks after the test
I am able to cancel the subscription via the website I am waiting to get a refund via the support email. These sites are scams and shouldn't be allowed on instagram

Misleading ad offers IQ test in five minutes (takes much longer), no indication at the outset that you have to pay for it at all and then you are tricked into paying £1.95 (human psychology, we don’t like the idea of sunk costs aka time!). Seems fine except no indication that I could see (ie it’s buried in a wall of text) that you are signing up for a trial and then hugely expensive subscription.
And they make it absolutely impossible to cancel the recurring subscription thy don’t tell you about- pop ups block the ability to use the cancellation button!
Will be reporting to ASA
Edited to add that customer service did sort the cancellation for me but it was unnecessarily stressful due to the obstacles put in place.
Edited in response to the below- all of those options lead to a pop up that tells you to do the other tests, and the “no thanks” button on that pop up is impossible to actually press. Either a design flaw or deliberate to force you to email customer service, adding an additional obstacle to cancellation.

The site will barely specify this but you will be charged about 30 bucks week after you do the ennagram test per month. If that time didn't pass yet go and cancel it asap, if you are interested in getting a test find another site, if you got charged, go file a ticket with them and if they don't agree go ask your bank for a chargeback. It's totally unacceptable to only specify they will use your data to enroll you into an unwated subscription in confirmation email NOBODY will read because it confirms you spent 2 euros.
The subcription btw is spamming your box daily with an email that just sends you some generic self improvement material and tips. It's a joke.
