Even one star is way too much;
Be careful ladies and gentlemen. This store seems not to be competitive in the end in every way. In return, you get icky policy. You pay for example about 10% customs additionally before it reaches you. Bad customer service, no involved pursuit, arguments without even having any declaration on your transaction. Even then, they try to manipulate review sites and monitors of such review websites because Bluediode thinks everything is alright what we do - while it isn't at all!

Look somewhere else, people. It's not worth your money. Especially when your delivery gets back to dispatch on behalf of the Company which takes about 25% of the whole amount. Act wisely: other stores better stores.

This issue has been going on since 23 June 2025. I am here to raise an awareness alert and to warn anyone who has ears to run away from this business or shop or company called Bludiode European Transactions Limited. They're the most terrible scamming, deceitful and swindling seller I have ever seen, alongside their counterparts Stripe.com, the payment method used by them to deduct £2326.09 from my UK credit card. On 23/06/25, I ordered Huawei Mate 3-Fold Phone from them only because the product was a bit cheaper on their site. Over two weeks later, on 09/07/25, Bludiode emailed me to say there was an error with my payment of £2326.09, after they had confirmed receipt of the full payment in an e-mail receipt and invoice. I was so upset and angry that over 2 weeks after they deducted the money, they now claimed they didn't receive the full amount via Stripe.com, the company they had been using for ages. On 11/07/25, they e-mailed alleging Stripe.com who collected my payment, never paid them fully. And as a result, they claimed they would refund my money and that if I did not receive it in 3 days, I should go back to my bank for a chargeback. On 23 June, I lodged a dispute claim for a chargeback and today, the 11th, just found out that my Bank declined my Chargeback request. To say that I am furious is an understatement. I will do everything to get my money back from this dubious seller. I will scream them out through social media, the internet, the www, until they refund me my money. Bludiode stated on their website under their Returns and refunds Policy that funds will be made using the original payment method. Today is 05/07/25 and they’re yet to refund my money. I therefore call on the world to intervene on my behalf. I am crying out to the owners of this company to intervene in this matter. The Bank has refused to approve the chargeback and Bludiode who took the money and confirmed are refusing to refund, despite their refund policy. Bludiode Dublin and Stripe.com refund my £2326.09 back to my credit card, else you pay for it with what your entire companies are worth.

I bought a device from them. It's original and working very good. Surely I recommend the company!
