10 months order not delivered. No refund
Dont ever order here. They are Scammers
Dont ever order here.
They tell the same story to everyone.
After ordering they will show 14 days for order processing and they will not dispatch your order.
If you ask for refund they will say payment error and never pay you back.
So you will not get the phone plus they will not refund your money
My order number is CCWOSKLNQ Placed on 3rd June

The update is for 8 months they have been claiming that they never received my money. But later the cc company confirmed that bludiode.com already collected the money.
They were lying ofr 8 months that they never received money from HIPAY.

I purchased a one plus 12 i won't use them again

I purchased a one plus 12 they blamed me for damages and tried to take money off any potential refund to get my money back I had to go through Amazon pay

No tracking provided . Horrible customer service

This is likely a guy in his bedroom buying from Chinese apps and drop shipping

I purchased a Oneplus 12 on January…

I purchased a Oneplus 12 on January 21st 2024 , 31 days have passed. The phone wasn't even sent and I didn't even receive the tracking. I opened multiple tickets but the response was "writing won't speed up shipping". the service is terrible

Bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus

Bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus for 379€ (great price). Paid with SeQura (3x 126€, with no interests). Shipping took around 3 weeks. Paid very high customs and DHL transportation fees (total of 196€). So, final price not so good.. Also, the shipping destination was Portugal, that uses a standard european plug, and the fast charger came with a UK plug.

Bludiode is definitely a Scam site

They are now trying to get this review removed

This was the order number given from the website when phone was ordered

Bludiode is definitely a drop shipping site your better buying direct your self and saving some money . I ordered the OnePlus 12 the website said it was in stock and on the 17th of January I'd receive the phone.

The phone never arrived and so I files a claim with Amazon

Only to have a email sent in German which has been translated

The customer has returned his product and it has arrived at our warehouse.

In addition to our return and refund policy, which the customer accepted prior to purchase and received a reminder about during the return process, we do not refund the original shipping cost — $59.99:

As the customer returned their item with scratches on the screen and body of the device, we have deducted an additional 75 EUR from the refund as we can do this together with UK and EU law if the item is not returned in that condition in which it was sent to the customer. I am attaching photos of the damage the customer caused to the item.

I never received the item so how could I damage it

We didn't return something we never received and my account on the website has been removed so I can't access my order at all

The order takes a very long time

The order takes a very long time, about 2 months. But most importantly, you need to pay extra for delivery. This is not stated on the website. This is a setup. And a bad website; for example, it was possible to contact a technician, the detailed information about the order is not like in other stores, etc.. I will order more and look further. And I will give a more accurate verdict: stay or leave this site.

Una experiencia desastrosa

Una experiencia desastrosa. Después de un año (26/11/2022) me han reintegrado un 32 % de lo que aboné por el móvil, debido a una devolución realizada por la empresa de trasporte DHL sin mi consentimiento, ya que Bludiode les proporcionó erróneamente mis datos. Me han cobrado el envío de ida (que era gratuito) el de vuelta y una tarifa de devolución.
Me siento estafado.
P.D. mi reseña no ha sido publicada en la página oficial de Bludiode.
A disastrous experience. A full year has passed (11/26/2022) and I have only been refunded a pitiful 32% of what I paid, apparently due to a return made by the transport company DHL without my consent, as Bludiode shared my details incorrectly. I have been charged for the delivery both ways, which should have been free anyway, as well as an extra return fee.
I feel ripped off and will be chasing this until resolved.
P.S. my review has not been published on the Bludiode page.

THIS OPTION IS AS GOOD AS NO OPTION...CON!

If they are the only option for an item you want, you are best knowing that you do not have an option. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS CON! Rather go to Wonda Mobile or find a replacement you can source locally even if somewhat pricer! Just like their name, they would ruin and make your happy ODE to DI and leave you BLU. I can factually back everything stated here as still yet to get my promised full refund for an item I never received either on time or delayed.

No warranty support, extremely long shipping times

The device arrived fine, albeit after an extremely long wait.

After developing an issue with it and attempting to run through the warranty process, they've given me the run-around for all of three months straight and I am no closer to getting the thing fixed. Customer is responsible for shipping, and their repair person is in China, so enjoy those shipping fees. Plus their extreme pickiness around trying to cheat customs fees, which they also put on you.

Plus they've simply ghosted my emails three times during this process.

Also for the cherry on top they try to direct reviews to their own website for I'm sure entirely legitimate reasons right, well reviews there cannot be edited. So you write your review as soon as your order is completed and if anything goes wrong, oh well that's not showing up in any reviews.

I definitely do not recommend unless you're really desperate and can't find what you're looking for elsewhere.

Just a drop shipping site + price without taxes

Just a drop shipping site. Confirmed by the customer services.
They just take the money then ask their china supplier to shipping at your address.
They grab you with attractive price but be carefull it is without taxes.
And when you contact the customer service, they don't care. They are just here in case you have shipping problem I think ?
Also the shipping is about 2 month

I already predict the answer of the site :
"it is writen that the price is without taxes !"

Ok so if you confident with your system, make a pop-up saying clearly this when the customer click on "buy" ;)

To summarize :
dropshipping + be carreful of the price without the taxes + double check the shipping date
