Blueagate 

Firstly, this is a USA based company, not a UK based one. Secondly, whilst I was invoiced for one amount, another larger amount was taken off my bank account. I was reimbursed the difference after a week. Then, thirdly, the item took 5 weeks from start to finish to arrive. I have used it 4 times and, fourthly, it now doesn't work. It used to roll around but now it just sits and buzzes. What a waste of money. The whole process is not even worth one star. And this from January/February to now in March

Absolutely horrendous customer service, I ordered a calendar last December.
It never arrived.
I'm still waiting for a refund.
But they have decided to ignore my email

As the domain is a co.uk one, I'd assume that this is a UK based site.

I've ordered a Superfan Formula 1 calendar om the 11th December 2024 and it has arrived yesterday, on the 10th January 2025. I was sent from Sonoma, California, so clearly not UK based. But that is not my biggest issue.

I had to throw the product into the bin straight after I opened it, as the photos in it were like someone grabbed a mobile phone from 2004 and took pics of the tv screen from the 90's, playing a recorded VHS tape from the 80s.

I paid £17 for everything, which is not a huge amount, but too much to throw it into the bin, so I asked for a full refund. They offered a £2 refund which I didn't accept and after careful consideration, they raised it to a generous £4!

Avoid!

Although this company is advertising a UK Web .uk address, I can see that they are based in Manchester in the USA.

Expected this to be a UK based company , from the .co.uk web address.

Ordered goods on the 11th December 2024, still no goods, and several resends by bluagate, all with the same tracking number. They are conmen. I cannot get my money back.
