After interview with Karolina. She never kept to all appointments only to come back that there's no job to offer. What a silly way to waste my time. Blue Arrow not for serious minded individuals
Sent me a random message on WhatsApp about working from home. I am not with any employment agency. Continued to push the point even after I had said No. As far as I'm concerned if you start a potential business approach with "Hiya, how you doing?" I seriously doubt you are either authentic or professional. Reported.
I had a very bad experience with blue Arrow today. After registering, I contacted Mr Joshua Wilson. His details had come through the email received from Blue Arrow. At the onset he was very rude and wanted his number to be deleted and instructed me that I should not call him anymore and further on threatened me with blacklisting my profile.
I do not know what triggered his animosity towards me. Could it be my race? I will never approach Blue Arrow neither want them to contact me in near future.
Blue arrow or someone claiming to be blue arrow recruitment contacted me on Watts app about a job
They never refired to me by name or the jobs discrimination
I think it was a scam message I tried to block them but was unable to
So I just deleted message
I advise anyone getting Watts app messages from recruitment sites to do the same
Cold called me via WhatsApp message. Should be reported for this. Based on other reviews here stay away at all costs.
Received unsolicited contact from Blue Arrow Recruitment via WhatsApp.
I do not appreciate cold calling and despise personal messages from unknown individuals. I have reported the event to WhatsApp and Offcom.
Cold calling is the lowest of low's.
Don’t pay you on time terrible communication with the work place if you leave a job with them make sure your paid what your owed the week you leave or they will make you wait a week with no money to get by on they don’t care about you all they care about is you making them money
Three months later and still haven’t received payment.
I would like to say you don't give a s..t about your employees.we make u money and you can't pay us on time 👍
The website and app are terrible. I applied for a job then received an email saying I have to complete registration, which is impossible to do. Or is it just me?
I have known Blue Arrow for over 25 years and worked with various branches in the South/SE. Very friendly teams, always on the ball. Excellent organisation and they understand each individuals needs from employee to employer. I rate them very highly being a full time caterer with them. Great annual leave and pay is prompt and always accurate, :-)
I have applied for job through blue arrow however they are asking me for my valid ID, bank details, NI number etc and there is no interview scheduled yet.
I do not feel comfortable to give such sensitive information before any interview. If job is offered I will be happy to provide this information however not before job offer or employer interview.
Its incorrect on all levels to ask for information as there are few in need and may give out the information however it can be misused so beware before giving this information.
Didn't get the money I was owed for doing 10 hours in hovis Belfast which is a joke, rang Karolina and blue arrow a few times, sent an email. She's forgot about me already. Will not be using this company again. Leaved Hovis over verbal abuse from the hygienic team leader and all she could say is sorry. Sorry would of been getting me money that's owed to me. Not happy.
reading these reviews, the amount of sensitive information they ask for on registering, the sales tactics some dude who doesn't even know me tried to get me to sign up & the fact that agency jobs in general are crap (fewer rights, low pay, less pay than staff actually working for the company for the same job etc etc).
they've sent me an email and a text within 24 hours seeking documents I already said I wasn't going to provide lol. must be desperate, and reading the reviews here and elsewhere, I see why.
Poor excuse of a minicab company. The driver couldn't find London bridge consort, left 5 ladies stranded for an hour and half even after a London cabie gave them directions! Will never us or recommend them! Left out of pocket and not answering emails! Horrendous company!!!
All I can say is avoid Blue Arrow at all costs. The unprofessional nature of my recent experience attempting just to register with them was unspeakably and ridiculously bad - I've never experienced anything like it.... EVER!!! You have been warned!!!
They advertised a job on Indeed and I applied. After applying they said to register so they can put you through for immediate consideration. After 30 minutes of registering, they want to do another interview and it turns out the job I applied for was no longer available. So was a waste if time anyways.
I would like to feedback re an employee that I have recently had contact with Mr Justin Goodwin who was very professional and supportive. He is a great guy and an asset to the company. I felt I should feedback as he goes above and beyond in his role and helping me.
I have been with many agencies in the past however blue arrow has by far been the best experience. Sinita the lady who deals with transport is excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend anyone who is with a different agency to switch and go to blue arrow it will be the best decision you’ve ever made!
Blue Arrow and BT 999 Call Handler in Portadown, Northern Ireland:
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! It's a waste of time, energy and money to travel to and from the site in Portadown.
1) the trainer, Michaela, has clear favorites, is very self centered and is rude at times when you don't fall in the favourite category
2) Covid is still among us, yet it's in a warm room, where no windows nor door are open for fresh air
3) in total the actual training only takes a maximum of 2 hours a day, spread out over that whole day
4) it was expected of you that you'd take live calls on the first Thursday, after only a maximum of 6 hours real training, but because our passwords didn't work that was rescheduled for the day after, so for that Friday
5) there is no real training system in place, there a no test calls (or dummy calls) available, they use the general public as guinea pigs
6) the company wants you to apply AND pay for an Access NI (£28.45), you won't be compensated for this at all.
I didn't do it at all, as I first wanted to see more about the training 🙄
I'm pleased I didn't waste nearly £29 for something they want to have in the first place.
When Blue Arrow was advised of the reasons stated above, no reply at all.
Absolutely ridiculous company, they choose on which email they want to respond.
Blue Arrow kept sending me emails regarding the Access NI check, but no response to MY email sent to Danica (who works for Blue Arrow) regarding the training earlier.
Whatever you do: AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!!! Not even worth 1 star!!!!!!!!!
Work for a company that actually knows how to provide a quality training, don't throw you in front of a train and make you feel very uncomfortable the whole way through!!!!!!!!!
