Still waiting for my mothers day flowers which are now 5 days late !! I understand mistakes can happen but when nobody will answer the telephone or reply to emails - it makes you wander !!!

The best flower company I have purchased from!!

I am absolutely shocked by the bad reviews! Do not listen to them!! I have frequently ordered from this company and everytime the flowers sent to family and friends have exceeded expectations! They have all said how full and beautiful they look. They have also said they are so fresh and have lasted ages!! My mums mother's day flowers were still going after 2 weeks! I will continue to buy from them and I highly recommend! Excellent value!!

NO ONE ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

NO ONE ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I Ordered flowers for delivery on the 14th in time for Mothers Day - the date was selected at checkout, confirmation email stated the 14th. But it arrived 3 days earlier, no communication and nothing to say that may be the case. Flower leaves were yellow and the customer service is so shocking.

If I could score 0

If I could score 0, I would.

Firstly, as I write this my flowers still haven't been delivered. I have called their helpline several times and still no answer. I have sent an email, still no answer. How can you choose a date if delivery and still no delivery.

Awful Company do not use!

Flowers arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful but died 3 days later!! Emailed Bluebells who said all complaints need to be made within 3 days of receipt but I was away and uncontactable.
Delivered late Tuesday evening and dead Saturday morning.
Terrible aftersales service, I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money!

Great service . I put the wrong postcode and the wrong spelling on the street but after an email they were very quick to fix the error and deliver on time . Im delighted with this compamy and will use them again

Sunday delivery

Ordered some fliwers and was offered sunday delivery but had to pay extra, paid it so the recipiant would get them before going back to work. The flowers never came and when i contacted them i was told they are closed on a weekend and delivery dates are a guide only . So i paid extra for sunday delivery only to find out they dont deliver sundays but the option for sundays is available when choosing your delivery date, why if you dont and why double the postage when you dont do it

I ordered flowers and a balloon for my wife’s birthday a week or so in advance, they should have been delivered on Saturday 25th and we were in all day, we had an email on the Monday saying they tried to deliver at 19.05 which was a lie as we were in!
I spoke to the florist today (Monday) who weren’t very helpful, they just said we should allow 1 to 2 days after, tomorrow is Tuesday, maybe they will come who knows?? I will never order from them again, total waste of money

If I could choose zero I would.
Dreadful experience! Wish I had checked these reviews rather than their own website ones!
Ordered a large bouquet of white lilies and red gerberas (picture showed 7 gerberas on normal size bouquet). What turned up was laughable!
I chose the bouquet as the lilies were a really important memorial flower. There was one tiny lily, 4 gerberas and the rest was tiny roses (not advertised) and cheapy carnations.
I complained and was offered 25% refund or a new bouquet. I was so embarrassed by what was delivered the first time I didn’t want another. I requested 50% refund and was refused.
Have reported to trading standards. If you want a cheapy supermarket bunch of flowers then this is what you’ll get at a massively inflated cost! AVOID at all costs!

Gold roses for my grieving mother.

I ordered 20 gold roses for my mother the day after my father passed away, as this was 'their' flower. The delivery was straightforward, and I was with her when the flowers came. Petals were literally dropping off as we were putting them in a vase. I took pictures and noticed that some of the roses were brown inside the bud. I contacted Bluebells the next day after taking more photographs the next morning, as EVEN MORE petals had dropped overnight. I was offered a replacement bunch, but my mother was so upset about them, I asked for a refund.
I have sent several emails over the last week, asking for the same outcome. BUT, the cherry on the cake, was when I was told that they needed the flowers in original packaging to be sent back to them! I explained that the flowers were put into the bin the day I emailed them. To which they insisted that without the flowers, they are unable to fully refund me. I offered to get the dead flowers from the garden waste after I took my mother to the funeral directors later today, which they STILL wanted so they could refund me.
Buyers beware - do not use these fraudsters.

I ordered flowers from Bluebells Flora…

I ordered flowers from Bluebells Flora for delivery on September 14th, but part of the arrangement arrived dead and wilted. I immediately contacted customer service and was offered only a 25% refund, which is completely unreasonable given the condition of the flowers. The company refuses to accept responsibility, and the experience was both disappointing and embarrassing. A florist should stand by the quality of its products - in this case they did not and I won't be using them again.
